Good Points: These sound stunning AND look gorgeous too!

Bad Points: Very very minor grumble, aluminium spikes can be a bit fiddly to fit into the base initially.

General comments: I have owned a pair of these fab speakers for about 3 years now.

Initially I did that typical girl thing and just fell for their looks. There are no other speakers on the market that look as gorgeous as the minipods.

However (and happily!) they sound as good as they look. Apparently the curvy design of them allows the sound to flow more smoothly, and I have to say they handle any kind of music brilliantly, from full on rock and roll to chill out and dance music.

They come with alluminium spikes, or you can place them on a bookshelf,. You can also buy separately wall brackets for them if you prefer to keep them off the floor. The only thing I struggled with initially was getting the spikes into the base of the speaker... once they are in, they stay in!

I'd recommend them. They aren't cheap, but I didn't mind paying £300 odd quid for them as I can't see me needing (or wanting) to replace them for a very long time!
