    Good Points: Great customer service, courtesy bike available.


    Bad Points: Very small shop (but packed full of bikes and gear).


    General comments: Petite and France is my local bike dealer in Redcar, Cleveland. I bought a Fazer 600 from a different dealer purely because it was £200 cheaper than Petites could offer me it for. I would rather now have bought the bike from Petites as the help they've given me with the few problems I've had with the bike has been great. They now do all my servicing, spares and clothing and I will definitely consider them first when buying my next bike.

    How's this for an example? Bought a new battery from Petites, 11 months later the battery is dead on the bike. Petites takes the battery, checks charge in the workshop, sorts out the warranty and replaces the battery within 48hours. No questions asked, straight swap for a new one. Always good advice given and they have time for a chat if they're not too busy.
