    Goods were excellent quality, delivery was quick. will be using them again and would recommend to others.

    There is nothing wrong with the mattress itself, turned out as expected and good value for money.

    It's the delivery I had a problem with. I took a day off work to recieve the mattress and come 4pm there was no sign of it so I called the company. They said they were running late (although nobody communicated this to me until I phoned) They finally showed up at nearly 7pm. I could have not wasted a day off from work or I at least could have gone out and done something with my day!! VERY ANNOYING! ...

    I received a bed with one of the hinges broke and not prepared to replace until a courier in the area which will be 2 days later and not bothered thast my daughter will have to sleep on the floor in the meantime.
    Very dissapointed

    Bought the spare room bed from BedsOnLegs and it arrived the next day with no problems - result! Bought my bed from IdealHomeStore and got shafted. No communication about the bed being out of stock despite seeming in stock on the website. Lesson? Stick to what you know.

    We looked long and hard for a mattress that was quality and resonable price. Beds on legs appeared at the top of most search engines and having read reviews on here we decided to plump for the sleepezee from beds on legs.

    I called them before ordering online, spoke to a helpful lady who gave me more detailed info on the mattress and terms etc. I then ordered the bed before teh 2pm nextday delivery- i paid an extra 5GBP for a before 12 delivery slot.

    I ordered my chlidrens bunk beds from Beds on Legs on the 9th of january for a 3 week delivery by the 15th of march no contact what so ever, so i called them for them to tell me oh we are sorry but we still have no stock delivery will be end of march, i would never use them again and their customer service is rubbish, and as for communication NONE!DISGUSTING

    Having picked Beds on Legs on the strength of of its reviews I certainly wasn't disappointed. I ordered my bed and mattress on Saturday afternoon and by Wednedsay evening I was sleeping in it. Having been increasingly disheartened by the quality of other stores, it was refreshing to deal with a company that had great prices, choice of stock, didn't charge me for delivery and had no missing parts!     Ordered my daughter's mattress from Beds on Legs on Monday night, had an email response almost immediatly, which was followed by a freindly phone call on Tuesday morning to arrange delivery. Received it thursday lunchtime in perfect condition.

    The customer service was fantastic, the delivery driver courteous, and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else with free delivery.

    Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use Beds On Legs again.

    Found the bed we won't for £200 less on Beds on Legs than we'd seen elsewhere. Easy to order, free delivery, phone call next day to arrange delivery. Arrived on time and looks great. Excellent service and value for money for a change!

    The slats fell through on my bed from Beds on Legs, at least 2 - 3 slats fell through every night and it was really annoying having to get up during the night when I was half asleep because the slats fell through, when I contacted them about it they would not refund the money

    Staff are friendly, overall the bed is really nice and the service was good, i am just really unhappy that they wont refund the money, £300 for a bed that the slats fall through every night! it sounds really daft - ...

    Would recommend this site. I purchased a Simmons matress at the best price I could find, cheaper than Tescodirect. Delivered on the following Saturday but they also do next day if in stock if you require. Easy to order online. Got a phone call the next day from a nice lady to confirm delivery date. Bed arrived Saturday morning as I requested.

    Excellent service and price - offered best price for our bed on the Net and gave a really good deal on the mattress also. Kept us in touch on delivery and delivered on time. Can't fault the whole transaction.

    After reading the reviews on reviewcentre I took the plunge and placed the order. Beds on legs promptly called me back to arrange delivery. The guest bed arrived on time exceptionally well packaged, in fact allow extra time to open everything up and find the bed! Overall a very pleasant buying experience.

    Excellent value for a top of the range memory foam mattress, with pillows, platinum king size. Delivered unrolled, so as not to damage it, driver rang an hour before so I didn't have to wait in all day for it. Recommended.

    I highly recommend Beds on Legs, I bought our leather bed from there, was the cheapest on the net with free delivery that came exactly when they said it would. A quality bed well packaged, no hassles. Customer service excellent.

    The bed itself is very solid and easily put together. Based on this recent buying experience, I would most certainly use this supplier again and recommend anyone I know to do the same.
