    I have tried to use this calling card and it is quite poor I feel. I cannot access the free number and have spent 5 pounds on this. I am not happy. I will not be using this service again and will make sure i make it known to my friends and family.
    I do not recommend the Matrix Card from Lycatel.

    I bought Matrx and Africa card yestreday and tried them but the free access number is not working.

    I've had the worst experience with Lycatel.And I'm not the kind of a girl who fires everyone at reviews. In fact this is my first written review anywhere.- The credit card system failed for days on Lycatel.com and till today has not been repaired. - NONE of the local numbers in Germany printed behind calling cards are working seem to be working.- Unhelpful customer service/service agents.     The card I'm reviewing is Matrix from lycatel. They do have lots of cards in circulation under different names. I bought the card yesterday, told i had 200 minutes but actually didn't talk for more than 30 minutes. Calls to the customer service dpt told me to wait for six hours, after which i was told to wait for a further six hours, after which i was told to wait for 24 hours, after which i was told to wait for another six hours apparently for them to get all the records of the calls i had ma ...
