    Good Points: The limo was clean and in good condition.


    Bad Points: everything else was horrible!


    General comments: horrible customer service, poor sense of direction, no apologies for our unhappiness, when a call was placed to the owner of the company it felt as though he dismissed our complaint, He didn't Never apologizing to us either.
