Liked a card (birthday), became a paying member, and sent the card. The card was listed as “sent” but the recipient did not receive. Contacted customer service, zero response. Recipient finally received the card 5 days after it had been paid for and sent and listed as “sent” - 5 days after her birthday. Horrible all around, cancelling immediately!
