“Ignorance at Lichfield Health and Fitness Club”

I was a member of this club for nearly 25 years. When the Morris family owned it it was a very friendly club. They decided to sell the business on and whilst Jodie Morris was club manager it kept its friendly nature. After Jodie left it went down rapidly. The new management insist on keeping the temperature in the gym cold no matter what the weather. I am a member of another gym in the area, and called in to this gym to investigate the possibility of moving there. I couldn't believe the reception I got. The lady I spoke to was charming when she told me she couldn't be bothered to tell me about the club, let me look around or give me membership details. Perhaps I could come back tomorrow!?! “I joined here with the intention of losing 3 stone,...”

I joined here with the intention of losing 3 stone, which I knew I needed to. After coming here for 8 months I achieved my goal. I feel fantastic. I felt in my 60s before but now I feel my real age (30+). It have given me a new lease of life that I am sure I would never have got back if I had not joined this club. The staff are second to none. I felt compelled to write a review of Lichfield Health and Fitness Club after seeing a negative review. I was shocked to read it because having moved to Lichfield from out of town as a young 30's woman I have found it to be one of the best investments I've ever made. The staff are excellent, friendly , very supportive and seem to genuinely want to help. My family have been members of Lichfield Health Club for many years and have always been extremely impressed by the standards maintained therein. One of our family members recently had cause for a specific training need and the staff couldn't have been more helpful by regularly reviewing progress and changing the program to suit his need. I found this review not helpful because i know different. I went there as a guest and i did not think much of the quality nor the atmosphere of the gym. I would say it is more for the over 50's.
