“Good prices, but customer services are stroppy and awkward”

Got a cheap quote from them but their fees for change and cancellations are high and phones take ages to answer. Whenever you ring their Huddlestone call centre you get through to an often peed off sounding advisor who talks down to you and makes you feel stupid. Somes times their strong Glaswegian accent is difficult to understand too as some of them can be quite broad. Overall though, a decent company that has some issues iron out.

“which Car insurance is better?”

I am currently working in India and having my car insurance from ICICI Lombard, quite happy with their service, i am using this plan: https://www.icicilombard.com/motor-insurance/car.cms And i am now shifting to UK, is their any suggestions you guys can give, i have shortlisted express car insurance, but i am not able to get right reviews for the same.

It is probably late, but avaoid this at all costs.They tend to extract money whenever they can. Search in google for "expats car insurance"(for details) and get one from clements which could be much cheaper for you.
