Good Points: Williamsburg Catering Co. is a full service caterer. They were able to provide everything we needed, like tablecloths and silverware. The food displays looked very nice. They helped with set up and clean up.
Bad Points: The servers were unfriendly and barely smiled at all. The food didn't have labels, so people didn't know what some things were, or what was vegetarian. They were slow to respond to events. For example, we had a printed program with what time everything was supposed to happen. The best man stood up for the toast, and the sparkling apple cider never showed up. They never passed it out, even though we paid them to bring the sparkling apple cider and pass it out before the toast. So the toast was just a speech with no toast. They still charged us for it, even though no one drank it because it was never served! We were called over to cut the cake, then had to wait 10 minutes for the caterer to bring the cake knifes while everyone stared at us.
General comments: I wasn't too happy with the catering service, but they didn't ruin anything.
