  Bad Points: It takes a few hours for the ice attachment to freeze (if that makes sense), its not exactly a bad point as I usually leave mine in the freezer when its not being used, so it's always ready when I need it.

  
  

  General comments: Philips Satinelle Ice Premium is easy to use and less painful. Infact...I think its less painful to use it on your underarms then to actually wax them!
  
  Am very disappointed as it just died on me! Got it Oct 07....so its lasted me almost 2 years... but my mums braun has being going strong for 5 years! So I don't know whether its supposed to last longer than that...

  I purchased this product in January just after I booked a sun holiday for March. I finally got the nerve to use it the day before we travelled - as it was either use it, go get waxed or shave for the week. I think the noise gets you the first time you use it as well as how fast the roller moves - but I'm thrilled with it.   Having waxed for years, I was tired of waiting for the fuzz to grow back before waxing again. The Philips Satinelle Ice Premium works best on short stubble, as longer hairs come out more painfully - so trim first.
  
  With the 'anti-pain' attachments, it's chunky to hold and gets annoying. I soon dispensed with the freezer pack, and ripped out that annoying little massage thingy on the back, so it was just the tweezers doing their job, and it works just fine; maybe I should have saved my money ...
