Good Points: I first went to goodlife and they had enrollment fees, admin fees, registrations fees all in about $1,200 for one year and then there was an orientation fee wow! I just want to workout! The staff at the Canadian was no pressure sales and that's why I joined. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to show me around, explained everything to me and did not pressure me for money unlike goodlife where they were like a dog on a bone. I've never played squash but it's included at no extra change so I will give it a try. The membership free is a great deal, less then half of the other clubs and it's large! i like it so much my entire family has joined.
General comments: Best value for the dollar. If you want to add your wife and kids the membership fee for each extra person is greatly reduced. Myself , wife and 2 kid I had join for the same price goodlife wanted for just me.

Good mix of people at Canadian Health and Squash Club, staff will take the time with you to show you things, not like other big box clubs run by kids and people just wanting to take your money. I just started P.T. and my trainer has been great to explain to me what I need to do as we set my goals.

Fantastic club, great staff, great aerobic classes!
I believe that if someone owes money to the club in the first place, then they should have no problem with paying the fitness club. If you have automatic withdrawals, you are responsible for making sure the money is there. If they don't take your car payment out, do you think that you get the car for free because the dealership made an error? The club is within their rights. I am a member there, I love it and I would be very upset if someon ...

This is the best value in town hands down. The studio and Child care centres are massive. The club is busy but not over populated like Goodlife. Squash is also included in the membership. No one tried to pressure sell me or hit me with initiation or administration fees

I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the club. Very family oriented and didnt feel any pressure to join. The fee's were also very good. Both yearly and monthly.
The Aeorbic Classes are excellent and have very high energy classes and a good variety or classes. They are different every time you do one. Very professional.
I had a great experience at the Canadian Health Club and would highly recommend it.

My overall review of this service at first, was good, it wasn't the best, but the location was convenient and the gym is not as popular as it's competitors (i.e. goodlife). I set up a monthly payment plan for a year for my boyfriend and I - everything is good. I checked my statement to make sure my payment went through, and the first month went by - everything is smooth sailing as the initial payment went through - Good! Well, you would think good as a full year went by and it is now time to can ...
