A completely inept insurer who's claim team are perpetually experiencing computer errors and will be unable to handle any claim. Instead they will efficiently pass you from department to department like a giant telephone version of pass the parcel game.

Do not take insurance policy out with this broker , I'd actually put it to you if you do have a policy with them that your vehicle is not actually insured.
