Good Points: Full UK and European cover including Home start and onward travel for just £69.00
General comments: I Broke down in Scotland some 450 miles away from my home on a Sunday afternoon, after a quick call to the UK based call centre at IC Breakdown I was assured that someone from a local garage would attend to me with in the hour. Much to my delight a mechanic arrived within 40 minutes of my original call. The car was deemed un-repairable at the roadside so IC Breakdown organised getting me and my three travelling companions back to Coventry that same day. We were transported from Fort William to Coventry on the back of four separate recovery trucks using three separate firms. The transitions from one truck to another was seamless and all co-ordinated by IC Breakdowns very helpful staff. I received several calls from their office telling what was happening and where and when we would meet each recovery truck.
I was told by the last recovery driver that had I not had the breakdown cover I would have been looking at a charge of over £600.00 however as an IC breakdown member it only cost me £69.00
Money well spent indeed, I would recommend IC Breakdown to anyone as I could not fault their service
