    I used my cover for homestart in the first week of buying, and the service was very impressive. The lady on the phone told me someone will arrive in 45 mins and an sms followed the call with the estimated time and the local garage name.
    He arrived even before the eta in such a heavy rain and wind, and fixed my car in a minute (jump start the weak battery).
    They are a great value for money and they outrun big names like AA and RAC by a mile.

    Very helpful in assisting recovery of my vehicle when it was being driven by my elderly mother. Service was similar to that provided by green flag and the RAC.

    Having had IC breakdown cover for over 1 year, I recently broke down with a split radiator and so made my first call.

    Knowing that it could not be fixed at the roadside, as it is a pretty rare car now, I called for recovery and was greeted by a friendly member of staff and having answered a few basic questions I was told that they would arrange for recovery withing the hour.     I decided to purchase IC Breakdown as it seemed great value for money and suitable for us with one car and needed 'home start'.

    Well today was the first time I needed to use them as the car battery was completely flat. I called them and advised of the problem and after checking some details they advised someone would be there as soon as possible.     My friends and I were travelling from Coventry to Devon, and had bought the IC Breakdown Cover the previous week. When we broke down, we called the phone number we had been given, and spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful girl. She told us that someone would be with us within the next hour (in fact, we only had to wait 40 mins).     I have used IC Breakdown Cover on 2 occasions and found them good. They also send you text saying the repair team are on their way and will be with you in ----time, which I found good. Also, customers get £5 discount on taking 2nd breakdown cover on their already competitive prices.

    Just got back from breaking down on the motorway, as soon as I called IC Breakdown they dispatched a veichle which arrived within 20mins plus got a text message to say estimated time of arrival and a phone call to check if I was still ok. Polite and friendly driver took me back home. Excellent service and would thouroughly recommend it.

    IC Breakdown Cover is very polite and professional when called out, telephone text message sent out to you to let you know who and when are coming to assist you.fantastic price to join, took out the gold option which takes away all your worries when you break down.

    only joined in october 2008, i have called them out twice so far, their service was excellent, they were there within 1 hour on both occasions and got me going straight away.
    I recomend them.

    IC breakdown Cover - I've insured my car few days ago (today is 11/06/08). I took the gold option, this one for 69 pounds. Unfortunately I had to call them two days after purchase, that was even good because I could check them before 14 days cancellation period expired. They came after around half an hour and they started the engine. Nothing else to be said, they are reliable.

    I Broke down in Scotland some 450 miles away from my home on a Sunday afternoon, after a quick call to the UK based call centre at IC Breakdown I was assured that someone from a local garage would attend to me with in the hour. Much to my delight a mechanic arrived within 40 minutes of my original call.
