“APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Customer service for Grand Designs Magazine is appalling. Subscriptions is handled by a company that is contracted by Media 10 (the company that actually produces the magazine). All I can say is that Subscriptions' staff are rude, disrespectful and incompetent (to say the least). After 2 years of subscribing successfully, I've just cancelled the remainder of this years subscription AND my renewal for the coming year. Sorry Kevin McCloud, sorry Grand Designs Magazine. I recently bought Grand Designs Magazine to read on a flight and I have to say, as a huge fan of the television show I was pretty disappointed. OK so there's a couple of articles of interest - restorations of old castles and the like, but it's mostly just adverts. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Will just stick to watching the programme in future. (read more)
