Their Customer services are absolutetely rubbish. I am still waiting for a Haloween costume which I have ordered 2 weeks ago. As you know now its 2 November and it still did not arrive. I cannot speak to Customer Services as they are not responding to emails either. NEVER EVER!!!

I ordered from WonderlandParty.co.uk last year and was quite pleased with their service and so returned this year thinking i would receive similiar service. I ordered my purchases at the beginning of October and they charged my Credit Card immediately, I am still waiting to receive my order and have emailed and telephoned the company with no reply whatsoever so am very dissapointed. Wonderland Party has loads of fancy dress costumes
