    bought greek nova card after 12 months of too many phone calls to remember and returning card 3 times, still have not received card back after 6 months. I have had 3 months viewing for 12 months subscription. Never returns calls, always makes excuses and lies. Worst company i have every had dealings with.

    FalconSat - NOT RECOMMENDED.Still waiting for a remote 10 days after being sent an email saying my order was completed. Long queue in a 0844 expensive phone line which wasn't answered. Message left on a/machine not responded to. Rubbish service and of course they have debited my credit card. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

    I ordered a showtime card and it came within 2 days, It would not activate at first rang FalconSat and within two hours the card was activated. No problem with the service at all.

    i have ordred from FalconSat 2 remote contorls ir should have been received by now but iam still waiting. i send 3 emais no reply.they also took my money.

    Total shambles, this place is a joke. Ordered Sky Italia, it came 3weeks late and after 4wks the card still isnt activated. The FalconSat guy hasnt got a clue when you ring up its just excuse after excuse. It would be easier banging your head against a brick wall.

    The price might look good but trust me STAY CLEAR.

    i strongly recommend that you do not use falconsat

    the website and prices look good. however it is six weeks since i placed my order. part of it was delivered last week with insufficient postage and i am still waiting for the rest.

    there is no customer service - after leaving several messages on the two supplied phone numbers (which are never answered) along with several emails i have had no response.

    I ordered from Flconsat on the 23rd June 2009 and payed for next day delivery. Sat about the next day waiting for delivery, Nothing arrived. Tried to ring them to no avail so waited for another day still nothing, I emailed them and reang them no answer to either. Site still said awaiting fulfilment so sent a cancellation email telling them since they had not sent for next day and account info said still awaiting fulfilment to cancel the order as they obviously not got item in stock.     Falcon Sat would never use again waste of space. I ordered cards on the 23rd June for next day special delivery and I am still waiting. They took payment from my CC of £184.00 and now looks like I wont be getting anything from them. I have contacted my CC Company and they are hopefully going to get my money back.     Irdered from falconsat.co.uk many times and never had any problems. Delivery is usually within 48 hours, extremely quick, and prices are excellent in comparison to other retailers.

    Excellent Customer service received from FalconSat. Emailed to check when delivery would be made and got a reply straight way to advise although the product is out of stock they will receive a delivery on the 19th may and it will be shipped straight away. Received item on the 20th! Great Service!! Would definitely use again!

    Overall good service received from falconsat / On the phone support was just excellent great advice was given and supported me on the phone to get my system up and running. Great service I will be definitely using falconsat again.

    Card arrived late - payed and ordered 30.03.08. Arrived at 15.05.08. Falconsat claimed several times it was sent, but no tracking number was given.

    The card went off after 1 month of viewing. Almost impossble to get hold of Falconsat by email or telephone. When I got hold of them it was said that the problem would be solved. No further response. I continue to send emails. After 3 months I was told to return the card and that if it did not work I would recive a replacement.

    Ordered goods from FalconSat early Dec 08 and still not recived them (March 09). Numerous e-mails unanswered and then recieved one saying would be dispatched soon (begining of FEB 09). Order status on web site chenged to dispatched over 3 weeks ago and still no item. Emailed asking to confirm what was hapening and where were my goods. Guess what, no reply.
