we adopted a three year old siamese cat, after our seventeen year old siamese past away, so we knew what we were getting into, or so we thought. I have never in my life received such amazing personalized service, thank you Scott! This company knows how to treat its customers and knows how to make a quality product for our little friends! At first I thought the Perfect Petfeeder was overpriced, but for me it was worth the splurge. I'm a veterinarian and work long hours. My cats need consistency and small, spread-out meals, for health reasons as well as psychological (if you know cats, you know their whole world crumbles when daily routines change). Their diet consists of canned food once a day to maintain hydration, but I have also found a way to increase water intake with their dry meals - I fill the bowls partly with water once...

Technically, absolutely EVERYTHING! The second best feature is probably the 'feeding time bell,' and the sound of a Vegas slot machine with the food 'pay off.' The kids go crazy for it! I have it programmed to dispense food every 4 hours, 6 times a day. I no longer have a hungry begging cat pestering me for food 1-2 hours before mealtimes.
