My partner and I went for the sunday lunch buffet, when we arrived we thought the restaurant was busy. We were shown to our table and then noticed all the other diners, about 30 people, were a christening party. We were the only diners in there besides them. We ordered drinks but felt extremely uncomfortable like gatecrashers! We drank our drinks and left. I told the lady who took our drinks money why we were leaving. After previously eating here last christmas and having a great night, i was really looking forward to goin back to bellagios, HOW WRONG I WAS!! service was terrible and the food was even worse, everything tasted reheated and just not fresh, bread was stale and served with margarine! the food just wasnt cooked to the standard you would expect for the prices they charge and the attitude of the manager stinks! would i go the again? its so funny when people make silly comments like this about bellagious its strange how is it 97% of all the customer that have been time and time again over the years havent complianed but then someone you get people with nothink else better to do than sit at a computer and write silly revues you should address it before you pay the bill rather than cowring behind a lab top thank god they wont be seeing you lot again toodle oooo

Firstly service is slow in this VERY quiet restaurant and the staff look miserable being there. The food, one of us had sirloin steak "medium", it was a dry and overcooked poor cut of meat and the veg was definitely just reheated. Bread here (served with marge not butter) is given a quick blast in the microwave to soften it up to hide it's stale. Bellagio's is a amazing resaturant to eat at!
I have been many times and they have never failed to please me or the party I am with.The service is exceptional, they cant do enough for you.
The food is to a very high standard, and there has been a lot of thought put into the presentation of the food. it is nice to go to a restaraunt that has so much choice, when the food is served to you the staff always ask if you would like anything else.

We were recommended this place by a cab driver as wonderful but expensive. The second part of this was correct.
I am always a bit wary of places that purport to be able to produce several different countries food but was prepared to be surprised. I won't go into too much detail but will set out in steps.
1, The service was reasonable at first but I suspect that the serving staff outnumbered the kitchen 2 to1.
2, Lamb kebabs were like bullets and full of gristle, not served on skewers ...

I have eaten at this restuarant a number of times. I have eaten on a Monday evening when they have the Chinese all you can eat buffet, which was excellent and great value for money! I have also eaten here for family birthdays, nights out with friends and on a hen party. I have eaten from all the different menus and have never had any complaints about the food or service i have recieved. This is my favourite restuarant to go to. It is enjoyable for all ages. we eat here reguarly on sundays,great for us my husband can have is chinese and i have roast,food always plenty and really nice one problem no mushy peas which i think would really complete the roast,dessert's are best we've ever tasted!!!!!!!! staff always very friendly and helpful,never ate of menu so can't comment,only eat the carvery. Poor quality food that took nearly two hours from sitting down to actually arrive - and then the food had been over seasoned with salt. When I complained the manager/owner was rude and dismissive. Whilst I was given some reduction in the bill it was insufficient for both the poor quality of food, and the poor service. I have visited to bellagio restaurant on a number of occasions and have a really excellent meal everytime. From family members to neighbours and work mates whenever you mention the bellagio ive heard nothing but praise! It was our first visit to Bellagios , but we wont be going back ! The service was rushed, we got serviettes flung at us ! We all had pizzas which were very basic,there was only a choice of 3, mine arrived after everyone else had finished eating with no apology for the delay. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend so we thought we would give it a try. Wouldn't go back. Food OK but overpriced for what it is. Noise level is ridiculous!! You can't have a conversation, and the singer, I've heard better at a dock road karaoke. The food was adequate at the Bellagio restaurant in Ormskirk, but I think over priced for what it is. We didn't realise there was entertainment on a Saturday night. what a ridiculous review. if you are so socially inept as to feel awkward when there is a large booking in a restaurant I suggest you stick to Pizza Hut or Mcdonalds in future.
