I just asked him what if it takes longer than 5 days as their usual shipping is 1 to 5 days, but that guy became an asshead, I should have not use this the 2nd time, and I should have read the reviews on this site before purchasing again, not all people read term, especially when we made a purchase on other site with no problem and good customer service, 50 bucks is not worth destroying your own business, insulting is not a good idea specially when they use paypal, thats how unprofessional you are

Basically the same story as the other reviews. They were unable to unlock my phone and I received an email advising me of this. I was promised a refund within 7 days yet 9 days later I am still waiting for my money. I have now opened a dispute through Paypal......

After telling me that they had already looked up my unlock code, I paid them a little over 7 bucks via credit card. Got an email shortly after stating that someone from their "unlock team" would be emailing me within 24 hours with my unlock code. YEAH. When the 24 hours was just about up, I got an email from him stating that he had to maually look it up and needed more info about where I bought the cell phone. Included in the email was a link that led back to the website with a small questionaire about who I got the phone from, how old it was & confirming the IMEI. After filling it out I was then told to wait another 24 hours.. about 8 hours later I get an email telling me that my phone would need to be taken into a shop to get maually unlocked and that they are issuing me a refund. I've emailed them with no reply. I'm absoloutely 100% positive that this is the same company that just keeps changing its name slightly & is ripping people off. I plan on emailing them everyday until I either get a refund or their site is taken down. Will keep you guys updated.

They operate in different name called UNLOCK-NETWORK.NET. No reply or codes provided. Opening a paypal case. Hope that I could get money back.

What a bunch of losers and how paypal allow these people to use them I don't know, stay clear away from these lot!!! they are just a site saying they can unlock codes remotely, but really they are remotely scammers!!

They just rip you off! Be careful! They do not answer for any emails and when you want to leave a negative feedback on there site they do not let it shown. Only the positive feedbacks.

If you payed with pay pal may be you can get back your money.

They won't give you a code, and they wont answer any of your emails.

If I had to guess I'd say that the owner must have abandoned the site a few months ago, essentially making it a honey pot for people like me.

I ordered a code about 3 weeks ago, and after the 48 hour deadline I sent them an email. Then I waited a few days and received no reply. This happened two more times.

I just opened a dispute with paypal over this.

Again: Don't do it. This is a scam.

Failed to provide unlock codes for two phones. You have to pay up front. But when they emailed that they could not get unlock codes they promised a refund would be made automatically but might take a few days.
Refund never arrived. Chase emails are not replied to. Due to christmas stuff I was slow escalating with Paypal and missed their 45 day deadline for a dispute. Now out of pocket but wiser.
In the end bought unlock via ebay - both unlocks worked and service was good.

Ipurchased a code from this company on 12/10/2010 and on 12/11 I recieved and email stating that they could not provide the code and would issue a refund with in 7 days. It is now 12/23/2010 and still no refund. I have called and left messages and have sent over 5 emails requesting my money back and no response from this company at all. DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT do business with this company as you will not get what you pay for nor will you get your money back. I wish I would have known about this company before i made my pruchase to prevent these hassels and the loss of my money. This is a WARNING!! Before you send this company any money you would be better off just setting that amount on fire because at least you get to watch it burn.
