    Highly recommend this retailer. Ordered phone parts for Nokia N95, standard delivery free but was for birthday present so ordered special delivery.

    Emailed next day to say not in stock but awaiting delivery, rang and they answered which is a big plus for an online retailer, I find most don't bother. Said was expecting next day and would send special for delivery on Saturday, the day of the birthday.

    Goods arrived on Saturday morning as promised, well packaged. The goods were also great quality too and I noticed they paid more for postage than I paid.

    Great all round service.

    Great customer service. very good communications and very good products for low prices. I had a problem with the data cable software and they were very helpful in spending time to instruct me on how to install and use the product. Would recommend to everyone.

    Sorry this wasn't for unlocking it was for a Nokia N95 extended life battery but I thought this information about the company relevant. Total lack of customer service and I wonder how many more customers there are out there like me that have received faulty goods and then been questioned and told in so many words they were lieing and the goods were totally fine!

    Goods have not yet been delivered, despite emails from mobileguru claiming that the goods had been dispatched via RoyalMail over a week previously.Subsequent emails to customers service have not yet been answered. Therefore I do not recommend this mobile phone unlocking service.
