You always wanted to use your favorite phone also abroad and hate expensive roaming fees, than GSMliberty is definitely the right address for you. The unlocking process is as easy as can be. To start with I didnt belive it was gonna happen. I paid 8 Euro and two days later I got a message saying I would need an update to unlock my phone which is going to cost me an other 20 dollars. I paid the money and a few days later my Iphone was unlocked.all in all 20 Euro to unlock an iphone for good...Thats allright. (read more)

I was done in less than 2hrs, they gave me good instructions, intact I was able to use wifi to set up my phone. They done job very well. They did it as to where all I had to do was insert the SIM card with service that I wanted to use and I wiped my phone, then used wifi to connect to my account on iTunes , then restored my phone and settings with iCloud , then my service was working fine and all settings for carrier were on point. iTunes recognized my Carrie settings! Really Fast. Sent a few emails to keep me informed on what the process was. Less than 10 minutes is wonderful! No one wants to wait for a few days or a few weeks just to use a different sim card! its Outrageous! just like being asked to do a review and having to say a minimum amount of characters. thats not cool at all. All perfect, has never used serivce like this, but there is option to pay via paypal so this encouradged me and Im glad. My samsung phone is unlocked within 1 hour since ordered - it was acctually only freeze code I needed, network code was same I had. The only minus is long waiting time on the phone to get thru to the reps (sales or tech support) even I was always 1st in the queue. thanks for you help P (read more)

i liked that i could chat live with them. they helped me every step of the way. i am not vey good with phones and computers. Fast Service and all the codes that might be needed, network unlock, provider, sub provider and unfreeze codes. Less than 40 minutes to do all that. Could improve the final order page by having all the information entered by the customer listed out on the final order page. My carrier was never listed, which cause a bit of worry. 20 Min after placing the order I received the unlock codes for my Samsung phone (not a smartphone). I missed the instructions on how to use them, so I wrote to the support email. After 12 hours I received an email with the instructions, tried it, and my phone is unlocked now. (Movistar Spain, Samsung E2530) In general, the prices for unlocking are too high, this site was the cheapest I could find (€15,50) (read more)

I had my samsung t746 impact unlocked. It took longer than the 50mins-1hour as it read on my order to get my lock code. It actually took a good 24 hours but that might be because my phone is a little older so it takes time. Also, in the email I received the codes for the network, provider, subprovider and defreeze, which was great. I can only give 3 stars... code works but site said it would take 11hrs to get the code... 18hrs later it arrived. Contacted them after 12hrs about the lack of code... got told to wait... my old zx81 could have gotten the code in 12hrs. :-( Personally I don't believe the people who said they got their codes in minutes... but this is the 1st time I've used them.
