    THIS IS RUBBISH! IT DOES NOT WORK AND I PURCHASED IT 4 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY!! THEY TELL YOU SORRY WE DONT DO THE REFUNDS ILL SEND AN EMAIL! I CALL EVERY WEEK AND NOBODY WILL DO ANYTHING! YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO ANYONE ELSE OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! THESE ASSHOLES JUST COLLECT YOUR MONEY!     This product DOES NOT work. I purchased this product in April 2009. It has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with 100% refund. I returned the item within the 30 day time frame with all the necessary requirements. It is now Oct 2009, I still do not have my refund. I have made 10 phone calls to customer service, written 3 emails, contacted the BBB and still no response. None!

    Never Shave Again comes from United Production Inc out of Linden, New Jersey. This is a sorry excuse for a company and they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT stand by any guarentees they make on their website. I sent back the product (because IT DOES NOT WORK!) well within the 30 day money back guarentee. The company then says you will be credited within 3 weeks.     I purchased this "Never Shave Again" from Finally Free Hair Removal back in may 2009, I returned it on the 28th, I have not received my refund. Each time I call, they say they will submit another "request" for the refund. I was foolish to wait so long, and the 60 day limit to dispute the charge on my cc has expired, so my hands are now tied waiting for them to resubmit another request for the refund.

    Finally Free Hair Removal, Never Shave Again does not work! I followed the instructions to T to return for a guaranteed refund. This has been well over a month and I have yet to get my refund. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I call their Customer Service line everyday and am told the same thing "refund has not been processed" have asked for a name an phone number that I can call to have this rectified.     Finally Free Hair Removal, Never Shave Again doesn't work, and they say they'll give you your money back, but i returned the product 5 months ago and have still not received my refund! I call them continuously to inquire about my refund and everytime they say they'll check on it, but nothing happens.

    The company were extremely unprofessional and the Finally Free Hair Removal product was completely useless like the rest of the comments on here. They are very rude and if you have 20 years or so to individually remove each hair with their crude plastic tweezers then the best of luck to you!!

    I tried "Finally Free Hair Removal" and it simply NOT working!!! and basically doing NOTHING !!! and when i asked my money back they only refund me for the kit not the patches even so i have return them back to them brand new in its original packages!! waste of money!!! waste of time!!

    I bought Finally Free Hair Removal, Never Shave Again like a year ago.was so excited at first that I used to spend like 3 hrs to remove my hair one by one but I didnt see that much difference as it claims.but after using for a long time maybe u'll lose a few of them if ur lucky.

    As long as its effective on taking out the bothersome hairs once and for all, its good for me. There are steps you need to do but its a one-time effort against a lifetime of shaving.

    I dont understand all the negative publicity about Finally Free Hair Removal, Never Shave Again. This product had worked well for my me. I just followed the instructions and alas got the best from my hard earned money. Sometimes following simple steps can the trick.

    This is what happens when we customers do not investigate about a product before buying it. The only method of hair removal working at this time is by laser. I bought this product from ""never shave again"" and it didn't work. I lost my time but most important my money. Now i need this money to buy my shaving plastic razors :(.

    ordered Finally Free Hair Removal and it arrived fast, looked good, got it setup and left it on for the 3 mins and not 1 hair came out, I tried it again for 10 mins each side of patch again nothing, I tried the tweeser method again nothing, I am stuck with loads of patches and a machine.

    I guess there is no way to never shave again really, pretty amazing to think we went to space (although now I dont beleive we did) and we cant even remove hair.

    For starters, I ordered Finally Free Hair Removal and then read some reviews. I emailed the company that night to cancel the order. I received an email the next morning saying that orders can be cancelled the same day it was placed (which it was) during business hours (it was around 8pm). I think this is crazy. I wanted to mail it as soon as I received it but had to call the company for an authorization number to return it. I mailed it back to them and 2 weeks later, still haven't received a ...

    The instructions say that the hair should slip out after you hold the button down for 2-3 minutes. I tried it for 8 full minutes and got nothing. I returned the unit for a warranty replacement, because I really wanted this to work. After 2 1/2 weeks I called and complained that I never got a replacement or a refund. I got the total run around. They finally agreed to refund my money, but I'm not hopeful that I'll ever see it.

    My review is mixed: Finally Free Ultra did permanently remove some hairs after two or three uses. It took a few weeks to get a result, and the regrowth was fine, little hairs that were less noticeable. Then, those hairs NEVER came back after the next treatment or two. For me, not having to pluck my eyebrows and the usual 20 stray hairs in embarrassing places is a relief, and for that reason, I say it was worth the price and the effort.     I bought Finally Free Hair Remover from Never Shave Again, but it did not work! It cost me $99 for the product, and $44 for shipping from New Jersey to Northern Ireland, and they didn't refund for the extra pads. Can be bought on Ebay for a few pounds!

    I asked for my order to be cancelled the day after ordering, but 2 days after that, they sent it anyway.
