    WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THE INTERNET CAR SHOWROOM
    Bought a Merceded C180K Classic - Car not as advertised, has been in a smash and Repaired very badly.
    Independent Geometry check showed front end out of line.
    Also the Air conditioning failed many times probably as a result of the crash
    No response from The Internet Car Showroom to my request for a refund or repair or exchange purchase.

    WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THE INTERNET CAR SHOWROOM. I purchased a BMW 316i from them earlier this year. It leaked oil everywhere, (ruined my driveway), the electric window collapsed, the mirrors didn't work and the staff did not care. These cars are supposed to be RAC inspected?! I was sold a useless aftermarket warranty - these are not worth the paper they are written on! Took the car back for repair TWICE - on both occasions nothing was done.     I would not recomend these people to anyone, I contacted them over the phone a saw advertisement in the autotrader for their part exchange bargain. Put a deposit down without even seeing it. Whent to pick up the car a week later, and when I turned up they had not even closed the deal with the person they were doing the part exchange with, they said they tried to call me to sawit was not ready but only received this call five minutes before I was due to turn up, a wasted trip of 70 miles.     I bought a car from these guys last month despite reading some of the reviews on here first and its great found the staff very helpful and cars of good quality i guess when you sell as many cars as these guys sell your going to have the odd complaint all in all i had a very good experience with this company.

    I was recomended The Internet Car Showroom by a friend from work who bought a BMW from them who was very impressed with there selection and quality of cars so i decided to try them out for my next car i ended up buying an Audi diesel and am very pleased with it i found all their cars to be well prescented and the staff very helpfull throughout the whole process and it was alot cheaper than my local main dealer.

    I purchased a car from these people in june of this year and the only good point is that I got £2500 off the window price because I paid cash.At first the salesman wanted me to agree to buy the car before a test run,no chance.When I took it out there was a rumble front the front turned out to be front suspension failure,however the salesman coudlnt hear it.     found there prices pound for pound the best value ,some prices were higher but managed to get a good deal ,cars in good condition,would have no problem telling freinds ,the only thing is its a hard place to find ,sales man were help ful ,it was very busy on the two visits i made there

    Poor service, never return call's, lie thorugh their back teeth with regards the status of your purchase, try to fob you off with lame excuses. AVOID the internet car showroom at all costs

    The Internet Car Showroom adverts on Autotrader do stand out and the prices look attractive but beware this is all a gimmick to get you to visit the showroom and buy on impulse. None of the prices match whats on Autotrader and when I went to see the cars nearly every single car had some sort of poor bodywork repair done to it. I walked away.     Great at selling but problems arise with the after sale side of things, I only received the warranty from The Internet Car Showroom the day it ran out and that was after many phone calls to them (8/9 calls a day for nearly 2 weeks) Parts were missing which I only discovered later (back to the phone calls again) after many visits this still hasn't been resolved.

    Awful experience.
    Cars are relatively cheap, although check for the high miles, no sat nav, low end of the scale models but at middle of the scale prices.
    The hook at this place is the RAC inspection - this isn't worth the paper its written on! I bought a BMW there, the RAC inspection was given to me after i had confirmed the deal and was due to pick the car up - on the sheet it said 'geometry problems, uneven tread to tyres, brakes low" etc. non of which is addressed in the MOT or sales patte ...

    Found the prices very appealing compared to main dealer, a lot of the cars still had to be cleaned however dealt with the sales person and everything that was promised was done.
    Very happy with the purchase and the service and would recommend The Internet Car Showroom, Hook.

    Great until they get your money,then it all changes!!! Mo warranty ever received,should have had a full tank of fuel (only got £10 worth),hood cover which was there on viewing was missing on receipt,work which should have been done for mot was glossed over,constant phone calls remain unanswered (putting blood pressure up). The car is great but the Internet Car Showroom after sales is appalling.

    I have no complaints, got a lovely car at a decent price. I had read the other reviews before I visited so I knew that I had to go there with an open mind. Our saleman, very smooth but very friendly. We left a deposit and he did a promise list of things that needed doing to the car, It had 10 months MOT on it and he had another one done so that we got a year ( at our request) he did supply us 6 months tax, no mats and some of the salemen do tell you that they will supply them but he told us f ...

    I rang The Internet Car Showroom on the Friday about a £5000 mini they were advertising on Auto Trader. I said we would like to view the car on the Saturday afternoon but as we were travelling 40miles from Southampton, I asked the salesman to call me if the car had since been told.

    Drove up the next day to be told the car had been sold. They were also charging £145 admin fee to buy any car! He tried to show us other minis £2000 dearer.

    Would avoid Internet Car Showroom if possible. Would not recommend. Price on the screen was £1000 more than advertised on the net... conveinently. Good job i noticed. Was only offered a £1k trade-in on my old car which i sold for £3k privately. Again was promised a service ...none done ...cost me £250 for a major service as no service history provided. But they were generous in giving me one days road tax and enough petrol to just get to the nearest garage. All in all ...

    I paid £500 for an extended warranty on a car I purchased from the internet car showroom which has not been sent despite frequent e mails and telephone calls. I am now taking legal action to recover my money. Do not deal with these people.

    Shocking service from The Internet Car Showroom, Hook, Hampshire. Yes we will service the car !!! No service. Yes there is 6 months warranty (no warranty) even supplying the car with no tax and not even enough fuel to make it to the nearest garage
