Certainly the best hotel in Manchester. Nice staff. Expensive but you get a lot for your money. Certainly beats the one in Manchester which occupies 23 floors of a tall building! Give it a go.

Very nice hotel, polite staff and great atmosphere. A little expensive but certainly beats the hotel in town that occupies the fist 23 floors of a building in terms of room quality and service.

I stayed here last week when I was in the town on business and it was Mint! The whole place looks fresh and plush, like it's fallen out of the pages of harpers or elle deco - my room felt like the presidents suite. On top of and the staff and restaurant are sweet and the location (walking distance from the station) couldn't be better - it's my new first choice in Manchester town.

Stayed in Malmaison Manchester recently on business. Great location right next to Piccadilly station. Secured a great rate of £99GBP. The hotel like other 'Mals' is dark and in another league compared to the larger chains but it is luxurious. My room was big and well appointed good music system CDs available from the reception and a big old bathroom again well appointed. Meal in room was big and hearty good food. All in all no complaints about this hotel.
