Good Points: a Massive hill/QP, a mini ramp halfpipe, easy 5 stair rails, and hard 7 stair, lots of fun ramps.

Bad Points: No beginner grinding oppertunities, graffiti.

General comments: good park, next to the beach, so u can swim after u sk8.
