They were unable to unlock my phone and unwilling to provide the refund as promised! I do not recommend Wireless Unlocking!

I paid my money and despite them saying they would respond in two to thirty six hours, two and a half days later I still have no response as far as I am aware, they have not yet even replied to my emails it seems. It is correct that although they state £1.99 it is closed to £5 when I get to the checkout.. I do not recommend Wireless Unlocking.co.uk

They were quick to take my money but in my case I feel they either offered no solution or when they did I couldn't personally do it anyway. Also when I respond back to them for help I was not happy with the response. I do not recommend WirelessUnlocking.co.uk

Emailed received with attached link, I downloaded files from web site as instructed, text file contains no information to unlock phone, or details of phone information provided at time of payment as far as I am aware?.
Do not recommend wireless unlocks.

I trusted wireless unlocking to provide me with an unlock code for my phone but unfortunately I have not yet received it as far as I am aware...I paid through paypal on my creditcard and then got directed to software that was not compatible to my model with no instructions whatsoever...I sent a couple emails requesting further info but as far as I am aware not yet received a response.....So then I decided to contact pay pal and dispute the transaction........You wont believe this but within 2 ho ...

I do not recommend Wireless Unlocking.co.uk. I received an unlock code and it didn't work, tried to email them back to the email address provided @wirelessunlocks.co.uk which actually take you straight to the Yahoo mail homepage, there is no way of contacting them as far as I am aware! Therefore I do not recommend this Mobile Phone Unlocking service.

The company sent what they claimed was an unlock code, but then what they sent does not make any sense. I have sent numerous emails asking for clarification and they have not responded. DO NOT USE this company. They take my money but do not provide the goods! I will be reporting them to Paypal.

I trusted them... paid by PayPal... got a mail that "this special phone" could not be unlocked... a full refund was promised... as far as I am aware I have not yet got it! Therefore I do not recommend Wireless unlocking.

Money taken via paypal. No result for two days, then as far as I am concerned I received mail to say that they were unable to unlock the phone, but software provided to do it one's self... So I can do it when they can't? Software unusable.The sum is small, but in my opinion no where near worth it therefore I do not recommend www.wirelessunlocking.co.uk.

As far as I am aware I have not yet got an unlocking code, only easy and user friendly software which was anything but user friendly! No refund offered yet. Extremely disappointed with the service. In my opinion www.wirelessunlocking.co.uk it was not worth the money.
Do not recommend Wireless Unlocking.

Quick to take your money...more than listed in ad. Then NO reply when can't do the job you paid for. If they would refund when they can't complete the service then fine but take the money upfront & run.

Used Wireless Unlocking a few times and had no problems. You do sometimes receive software, but they tell you this... I recommend to read what you are buying first?

After recieving their Email saying they are not yet able to supply the unlock code for my Motorola phone, I asked for a refund. After sending 4 Emails, as far as I am aware they have not yet replied.
Since I've already paid them through PayPal, I am contacting PayPal to notify them what is going on. This is the last time I am going to do business through the Internet, do not recommend Wireless Unlocking!

Waited 48 hours to receive email back as stated only to be told unfortunately we are unable to generate a code on this occasion, so do it yourself. No refund offered.

All Wireless Unlocking had to do is communicate with me, but nothing. They didn't unlock my phone and I didn't get refunded!
Next step for me is Watchdog.

Wireless Unlocking took my money through Pay Pal to unlock my phone. After a few days came back saying they cannot unlock and would arrange a refund. That was in September. Now emailed them 3 times with no response. No refund yet!

I have had the same problem no unlock code no response to emails with Wireless Unlocking. I was lucky I had paid by e cheque via paypal so I can stop payment to them.

Paid Wireless Unlocking via Paypal, got an email from them over 24 hours later (after i had 1st contacted them to ask when i'd be sent the unlock code), stating they didn't have the code to unlock my phone. They provided me with a link to download some "simple and user friendly" software so I could unlock my phone myself.
