Although they were unable to unlock my phone, they promised a refund which was delivered within 72 hours. They also offered me a free service in the future.
Professional service, even though I was dissapointed that my phone couldnt be unlocked. Took it to a shop who also had no luck. Bummer!! Gues i'm stuck with it now.

Great service at a great price, my Nokia code worked first time and saved me a trip to the local shops to pay three times the price for unlocking.
Hope to use your service if ever need again.
There are some strange comments here, competitor slander maybe???

I paid £4.69 to unlock my phone, but the only thing i got from Wireless Unlocking was one e-mail asking me to download some software to unlock my phone. This was software that did not unlock my phone.I have e-mailed them to ask for a refund so far they have not responded to my e-mail.Have contacted PAYPAL with details.

On Feb 4/09 I paid to obtain the code to unlock my Nokia cell phone. the doce didn't work.. they promised a refund within 10 days..

On Feb 14/09 I paid to obtain the code to unlock my Motorolla cell phone. They sent a reply saying that they didn't have a code for this phone.. Pormised my money to refund my money within 7 days...

After repeated attempts to have this resolved, only receiving automated replys, even the automated replys sttopped.

March 11/09 I sent this information to PayPal.. ...

Wireless Unlocks were not able to unlock my Motorola W377 phone and sent me an e-mail within 2 days to tell me this and told I would get a full refund in 7 days....still waiting !!!
I will go to the shop next time....

I have not got any problems with Wireless Unlocking. They sorted my phone first time, I will use them again with out any thought. I contacted them and within 2 days I was sorted.

Wireless Unlocking says that it only cost £1.75 to unlock your phone, when I got my paypal invoice asks for £4.69. I paid.
I was emailed useless software to download, that didn't work.
Promised and guarantees a refund as it didn't work, still waiting for the money, and no replies yet to emails.

Eventually advised they were unable to supply unlock code for my mobile and that a refund would be made back via PayPalNo payment was refunded despite a follow up email from me. I have just sent another email. If no response within 24 hrs will advise PayPal.Definitely not recommended. Who need the hassle?

I emailed and said they had not fulfilled their obligation; they state very clearly 3 easy steps; downloading software is not 'an easy step'. they've emailed me back saying i will get a full refund.......we'll see. i haven't contacted paypal yet, but will if i don't get the refund.

Charge you money and claim they provide "Instant" unlocking. I am still waiting and it is a day later. Apparently, and they don't tell you this until after you pay, it can take up to 36 hours. I do not recommend wireliess unlocking.co.uk

Tried to get my phone unlocked with Wireless unlocking. They were unable and sent an email confirming they will refund my £4.69. This was four weeks ago and to date I am still chasing my money. I dont know what else to do.

Not a very good practice to debit the monies almost immediately yet fail to refund.

I paid my money and despite them saying they would respond in two to thirty six hours, two and a half days later I still have no response as far as I am aware, they have not yet even replied to my emails it seems. It is correct that although they state £1.99 it is closed to £5 when I get to the checkout.. I do not recommend Wireless Unlocking.co.uk

They were quick to take my money but in my case I feel they either offered no solution or when they did I couldn't personally do it anyway. Also when I respond back to them for help I was not happy with the response. I do not recommend WirelessUnlocking.co.uk

Emailed received with attached link, I downloaded files from web site as instructed, text file contains no information to unlock phone, or details of phone information provided at time of payment as far as I am aware?.
Do not recommend wireless unlocks.

I trusted wireless unlocking to provide me with an unlock code for my phone but unfortunately I have not yet received it as far as I am aware...I paid through paypal on my creditcard and then got directed to software that was not compatible to my model with no instructions whatsoever...I sent a couple emails requesting further info but as far as I am aware not yet received a response.....So then I decided to contact pay pal and dispute the transaction........You wont believe this but within 2 ho ...

I do not recommend Wireless Unlocking.co.uk. I received an unlock code and it didn't work, tried to email them back to the email address provided @wirelessunlocks.co.uk which actually take you straight to the Yahoo mail homepage, there is no way of contacting them as far as I am aware! Therefore I do not recommend this Mobile Phone Unlocking service.
