Good Points: Nil.
Bad Points: When booking I stated that I intend to drive the car across the body to Zimbabwe but they went on and reserved a car with the company which does not allow their cars to Zimbabwe. I cancelled my reservation with the car company. I am trying to contact them so that I can get a refund for my booking fee. They say cancellation is by telephone only but I can't find a telephone number on their website.

I am still trying to get my booking fee back because I have cancelled my booking with the car company.

Used Cartrawler to book a car in England. Ended up with Budget got a fantastic price much better than anything else available. Got a cheap upgrade in the UK to a mini Van.
Would recommend them and have done to many others.

I booked a car 2 months before my trip, paid the deposit and received confirmation. When I arrived at the airport to pick up the car the company had none and also said they would not hire to 21s even though this was agreed on our confirmation. So I was stuck in the airport and had to make my own arrangements. Not only that but it is impossible to talk to a real person at cartrawler to discuss these problems. Steer clear.

Cartrawler didn't supply the car that was requested and confirmed. Had booked a 7 Seater Galaxy TDI or similar through budget rentacar. Budget had notified Cartrawler that they were unable to supply a 7 seater. Cartrawler now refuse to refund deposit.
