I have been with them for many years and i have always had excellent customer service with them. With Think Banking i like the easy way that they look after your bill money.

The worst bank account I have ever had. I had my salary paid into my account and they held it all even although my bills come to £200 less than my salary. Luckily my husband got paid the next day. After calling them for 20 mins the eventually released the money saying it was a clerical error. The my card was refused in Tesco (they blamed this on Tesco), then I could not get money out of a cashpoint near my home as the card was not recognised. I like the fact that there are no overdraft charges with the Think Banking Managed Account. You get a debit card. There are no credit checks so the account is quick to set up. The money managers call you and explain a lot to you but thus would be better if it was in writing as there is a lot to take in.
