    Good Points: Good idea in principle, good relationship manager.


    Bad Points: Account set up was slow and had some very serious flaws, account transfer would take months if you used it. Relationship managers appear to be completely constrained by the "standard" workings of HBOS and the inherently poor service level that entails.


    General comments: Sadly, Bank Of Scotland Private Banking Flexible Current Account in general does not appear willing to put any effort in to supporting this service. Without that effort this is no better than any other HBOS current account, which seems to be pretty poor.
