Personaly i love the samssung YP-P2. Its screen is big and bright, its built in DNSE means you can always have great quality music. Its a bit pricy at around '179 for 4 GB but its worth it.

But... its not perfect. It frequently crashes and i have to resort to using the reset buton on the back.

Overall, its a really good Mp3 player and its even beter when you upgrade the firmware so you can use it as a bluetooth headset!

I absolutely love this little mp3 player. the Samsung Yepp YP-P2 is probably one of the best ones i have ever had in a long time. The sound quality is amazing if you set the DnSe just right, videos, pictures, etc. look awesome on this. But i do Have to say that the software called "emodio" that it comes with is a bit crummy if you try to register to their site it wont work alot of times and their english is bad but over all i love the little mp3 :)

I bought this the day after Christmas in Anchorage, Alaska. I went to purchase a standard 8GB Ipod for $150.00, because I could not justify the $229.99 they were asking for the 8GB Ipod Touch. But when I found this Samsung TOUCHSCREEN for $188.88, I just had to go for it.
Wow, what a pleasure! Even with my big, clumsy, hands, I can manage the touch menus fairly well. The sound is some of the best I've heard, and the video is outstanding!. It's still new to me, but It already feels like I am goin ...

I personally find it hard to go through tracks, which I find very annoying, too big to carry around aswell in my opinion as it cramps my style, low battery life and cant see screen in sun. Also mine has a lot of faults with system leading to crashing. My Girlfriend bought it for me for our wedding in karachi but I am not happy with the
Samsung Yepp YP-P2 so I sold it at longsight market.

I have had the Samsung Yepp YP-P2 player 2 months now and have taken it everywhere. It is very sleek, thin and very good looking.

The sound quality is excellent and the headphones supplied are better than most others that mp3 playes come with.

The touch screen interface is very good except maybe a bit slow to react, but im just being a bit picky. The hold button on the side helps keeping you from accidentely changing songs ect. The volume buttons are on the side aswell for ease but this helps ...

I really like this mp3 it is advanced but not too advanced to use. I bought this mp3 to take on a trip with me, and come to find out they sell the wall charger separately. So if you plan on buying this mp3 make sure your going to be near a computer if it needs to be charge, because that's your only option....

Samsung Yepp YP-P2 review - Battery Life (35 hrs), Sound Quality, Stable software, Easy to use, Free firmware upgrades, Picture quality is fantastic on videos (you tube videos look outstanding on it compared to viewing on computer), can connect to mobile with bluetooth and answer incoming calls on the Samsung and dial out from it. Fantastic player. I have had mine for 2 months and apart from the minor niggles explained in the 'Bad points' I would not hesitate to recommend this.

Love it, despite its faults. Some weaknesses in the UI, not as intuitive as it could be, default groups by type of media, eg putting video in a long list.

I bought the Samsung Yepp YP-P2 for my wife who is marginal on anything electronic. She found the P2 easy to use and required only guidance to the power button.
I have updated the firmware to Dec 07 and this adds bluetooth phone connectivity and enhances the graphics icons. This was very simple to do.
The bundled media centre software is very good but you can also directly access files via explorer. Video's tranfer well into Samsung's own format. Video quality on the screen is stunning.
