Good Points: It looks good on paper
Bad Points: Sandisk claim FM Radio on the box, but the radio is not FITTED !
General comments: Due to a Licence cost to supply FM Radio on models sold in Europe there is an extra cost for this feature in the UK, making it more expensive. In my experience, Sandisk support and after care is very very poor.
I would avoid this mp3 player... go for the iPOD. there is a reason it is a best seller... it works and the customer support is good.
