Good Points: Repeatably accurate right from the box. Hits hard even with .177 caliber. Very nice stock and blueing. Handles nicely. Not to heavy and not to light.
Bad Points: If anything the price but it is first class all the way so I really can't even hold that against it. It is noticeably much nicer than the standard R9.
General comments: I was looking for a gun to introduce me to the sport of Field Target and still be mindful of my budget. I had zero experience with airguns. After a lot of advice and trying out a lot of shooters at the airgun association I decided on an R9. I liked the simplicity of the break barrel design and it was only half the price of the higher end springers. I went for the Goldfinger because of the nicer stock and finish. It was well worth the extra cost as everything about this airgun is top notch. Mine came with a 12x Bushnell Banner scope. The combo was presighted and was spot on accurate with Beemans FTS pellets right from the box at 20yards. It has proven to be a delight in every way and I expect to be shooting it for quite some time.
