    STAY AWAY.
    Ordered part's 2+ weeks prior, still no delivery, sent e-mail, response was there is a problem with order and that combination of goods cannot be bought and that's my fault.
    Sent reply asking for refund, reply "order canceled" comments "refund". A week on no refund. at this point they have had my money for 3+ weeks to do nothing. Final e-mail sent threatening reporting this with Nochex.

    No score low enough. just wish i had seen this site first....

    Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing through this shabby operation. Parts ordered three weeks ago, no contact, nobody answers the phone and as of yet no delivery.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID, this trader is a fraud

    Every Car Part is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broken promises. Blatant Lies, Weeks late!! utterly rubbish and would never ever use again.

    despite their claims of quick turnaround of my order, after about 7 weeks I sent them an email asking for my order or my money back. I also contacted NOCHEX, explaining that at the very least they had a moral obligation to help me as I had no choice in using their service to pay for my "goods". They did offer to help, and believe it or not I got my money back. No explanations from the company, which i thought was the poorest thing of all - no customer care!

    Nothing but broken promises. Order placed almost 2 months ago to enable me to prepare my car for selling. I've had to sell the car regardless and have cancelled my order - this has been met with deafening silence and subsequent e.mails ignored.
    Wish I'd found this website before ordering!
    The only reason I have given Every Car Part any stars is because this web site will not accept zero ratings.

    I hit an animal on the road and thought this was a cheap way to buy a replacement wing panel from every car part. Ordering went fine and I was not too bothered by the late delivery (3 weeks).

    My mistake was to accept the delivery (driver was going to wait while I unpacked 10 layers of bubble wrap?) and then to find 3 good sized dents right in the middle of my panel plus a big chip where the bonnet meets. Plus poor paint finish at edges.

    I ordered a wing painted from Every Car Part for my son's car, they took my money via Nochex and that is the last I have heard from them. This was nearly two months ago. I have rung, e-mailed and used their contact form to query and finally cancel the order.

    I ordered 4 parts from Every Car Part, 2 parts turned up over a month after ordering them and kept getting fobbed off , the bumper i got was totally wrong and painted the wrong colour, no contact with them the phone lines did not work for me, im forced to take them to small claims to get my money back.
    they have taken £260 off me for only a wing of which i cant use,

    The website offers a next day service; yet one week on and I have still not had any contact from them having sent eamails and left voice messages. I'm hoping this will be sorted soon!

    After my car was hit from behind I found www.everycarpart.co.uk and they seemed to offer exactly what I was after. However it has now been two weeks and there is still no sign that my replacement bumper is on its way yet. I only have a hire car for a couple more days and thanks to this company I am going to be unable to get to work if it is not delivered.
