BUT WILL IT BE THE CORRECT PART YOU ASKED FOR.... SORRY MATE COMPUTER SAID NO!
ONLY IF MORE PEOPLE READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING EURO CAR PARTS! THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!
IVE COMPLAINED TO LOCAL ECP, THEN THE HEAD OFFICE.... IN A NUT SHELL THEY SELL SO MUCH(USUALLY SUBSTANDARD OR THE WRONG PART) THERE RETURNS PAPERWORK ALMOST OUTWEIGH THERE ACTUAL SALES AND TO QUOTE LONGBENTON ECP 'I DO NOT GIVE A toss I GET PAID ANYWAY'
BEWARE OF EURO CAR PARTS, DUMB, CANT USE A COMP! OR NEVER MIND CROSS REFERENCE USING A BOOK!!!
RETURN YOUR PARTS AND JOIN THE QUE OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS THAT ARE OUT OF POCKET, EITHER FUEL/TIME TO RETURN WRONG PARTS, OR EVEN WORSE STAND IN LINE PAY THE ROYAL SNAIL TO RETURN.
GERMAN SWEEDISH AND FRENCH IS MY RECOMMENDATION OR EVEN YOUR LOCAL SHOP THAT USES BOOKS TO FIND QUALITY AND THE SHOCK....CORRECT PARTS

Hi eddie, One failed the test and the other on way out. Oil leaking from shock, I am no mechanic and only go on what the test states. I have to send shocks, back by courier and have to have them refitted and retested. If they decide, I am not to get a replacement or refund? Then, I have no van and I must pay garage to get them refitted and pay to get retest done. That is two payments, for one set of shocks and the fee for retest. I must send paperwork, you'd swear it were a pair of shocks made of gold and I was trying to pull a fast one? The van had shocks in them, for 12 years and these only lasted four months? Bah Humbug!

s by Euro Car Parts are faulty, then under the consumer protection act they are legally bound to replace them or give you a refund. they will be able to claim the cost back from the manufacturer. If you have incurred extra labour costs or other out of pocket expenses then Euro Car Parts are duty bound to deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. This is because your contract is with the supplier not the manufacturer.

That sounds good, common sense and straight forward. But the real world, is not like that and I won't hold my breath?
