    Ordered a clutch cable for a 1.9D 306, part came on time but was the wrong engine. Phoned them and a replacement was arranged and the wrong part collected. Second part to be delivered was completely wrong.
    After a week of phoning everyday and being told someone would contact me I was told that they told even stock the part which is clearly advertised on their website!
    They asked me to bring the part to the nearest depot 50 miles away, after kicking up a fuss they said someone would phone about arranging a collection. After not recieving a call for another week I happened to be in the area of the depot and returned it. I was refunded the cost of the parts but not the £7.95 postage costs.

    ECP have had £7.95 off me and have never stocked the part I ordered. Some businesses are getting it completely wrong, this is how to make money out of people! You don't even have to buy parts!

    Very angry, never go near them if you know what's good for you.

    Ordered a part; punto indicator relay flasher unit from Euro Car Parts on Wednesday. Took all details, ordered it £15, got an order number, said collect on Saturday. Went to collect it, said they did not have one, told me to go try other parts shop. Managed to get one locally for £10. Very poor service, will look for parts somewhere else.

    I recentley used Euro Car Parts for the first time via their website online ordering. I placed an order for several Payen gasket sets and Bosch fuel filters. The products are clearly advertised on their website as being manufactured by these companies and this was the basis for me ordering the products from them in the first place. When my order arrived only the fuel filters were genuine Bosch items. All the gasket were cheap inferior copies, not Payen products as advertised. At no point was I c ...

    Euro Car Parts are quick at taking your order and money but recived wrong parts (wrong part advertised for car )

    i ordered a clutch from Euro Car Parts they made me wait for 45 minutes to bring out the part. it was the wrong parts, after returning the part gave me a new one, which was faulty. only found out after fitting it (not a visible fault) the labour cost me £120 there customer service service team have not even replied back to my emails.

    Good Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services! Loads of phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word! Still waiting for a manager to phone me back! even though told he would phone within 10 minutes (told that 5 times!).
