It's small, it's sleek and once you've got one you'll wonder how you ever managed without it. Music, Video, Email, the Internet are all only a button away (if you've got wi-fi handy) but the best thing of all are the Apps. Believe me whatever you want there's virtually an App for it. Infact the itouch is a minor miracle of the modern age. Books, Television, Games, Weather Reports, Stock Market updates the uses are endless. I got one over ten months ago and I'm still it using everyday.
Best Tips I can give are:
Buy one with the lagest memory you can afford.
Set up an itunes account straight away (Use their giftcards only, then you won't get a nasty credit card bill)
Buy a wall recharger it saves time and is more convenient
A carry case stops all those nasty scratches.

Although the Apple I-pod Touch seems like it is something out of a new Sci-fi film- it still manages to get you addicted. My mother- who is out of touch (to say the least) with technology, recently got one and loves it! It's all about getting to know it, and to love it.

the iPod touch is beautful, smart and well worth its price. i got mine five months ago. unfortunatey, it is absolutley covered in scratches! not the screen bit, thats practically unscratchable, just the back, it really spoils the look. perhaps if you purchased a cover, that would help :)

The Apple iPod Touch Sound quality is great when listening on an ipod dock or my cambridge soundworks 5.1 speakers but when playing through a large PA system, if you are being very, very fusy, it sounds slightly lower quality. It isn't like a nano were you can just throw it in your pocket or drop it without worrying about it getting damaged.
This is definately a great MP4 Player. I would recommend it to anyone however, if you would like an MP3 player for pure sound quality, I would consider a N ...

Yes, the iPod Touch is an outstanding and an absolutely gorgeous product. I mean, I've been using MP3-Players from the very beginning, and I can't remember any, which were that functional.
Basically you can almost completely customize your iPod and adopt it depending on your personal needs. I mean it's got Wi-Fi, tons of games available on iTunes etc.pp. To get straight to the point: There is only one iPod Touch ... when it comes to functionality.

I've got Apple iPod Touch now and i'm loving it.!
I use iplayer from BBC always. I use to download the files from iplayer and the biggest problem is!!! I can't put the files from the iplayer in my ipod! Good design, speaker. The only bad point is the FLAC FILE. I can't believe this.

    iPod Touch
From the moment of watching the Keynote when the iPod was released I knew I had to get one. I have been an Apple fan for quite some time but never bought an iPod before due to the price tag. But, I couldn't resist the iPod Touch.
    Basic Features -
The iPod Touch has a battery life of around 22 hours (Music). Be aware this is with the Wi-Fi Option turned off. Even having the Wi-Fi turned on but not connected uses power.
The video playback time is around 5 Hours although I have not ye ...

This Ipod is brilliant, something every teenage girl would love. It has WiFi so you can surf the web, Weather so girls can check what they need to wear, A calender to plan there events, Mail so they can email there friends, and loads more. It also available in 8gb, 16gb and 32gb so you can choose the amount of memory you want. All this with a stylish black 3.5 inch screen and a chrome back and it's less than 8mm thick. What more could a teenager want?

I purchased the 16Gb iPod Touch recently to replace my Ipod Mini. This could possibly be the greatest gadget ever! I've never used a touch screen that is so natural to use and doesnt induce frustration. When encoded properly video is incredible and can be watched for long periods without eye strain.
Audio is similarly well catered for, album art and great menus make navigating your albums a delight. The Classic may have the better storage but not the fun factor of the Touch, other mp3 player man ...

I love the browsing and the colour screen, music quality is great its stylish and fits in your pocket! But I hate the slide thing, it is so annoying to have to keep sliding it on when you've just left it to have a song play and it times out! Best buy of MP3s

Brilliant, love new side buttons and speaker although speaker could be a bit louder and less tinny.

I was given the Apple iPod Touch 8GB model as a birthday gift thinking I would never use it, but gave it a go and now couldn't like without it.The WiFi is reliable, and screen gives clear, crisp quality - Very useful to use as a portable movie viewer or replays of BBC programmes on their iPlayer which is specially adapted for the iTouch. Buy this along with the Bose SoundDock and throw away your 1990's style stereo.

I first got my iPod Touch 8GB on a spending splurge through my catalogue 'I was bored of my iPod Nano, and I am a gadget freak so I simply HAD to have this. It was and still is a little pricey, but with Apple you get a very slick design which always looks nice, all hail Steve Jobs our benevolent dictator!

The UI is simply marvellous, it makes selecting which album to play a joy, even now people glance over and see what that strange pad you are touching is. The sound quality is lovely with many ...

I've been a long term apple agnostic... but even I have to admit this is pretty special. I was finally convinced that this, my 6th MP3 player, was the way forward when I realised it replaced my sadly outdated and outclassed Palm at the same time.As an MP3 player, it gets 8 or 9/10... the sound (admittedly through some pretty special earbuds) is clean, clear, crisp and lively. The interface makes it very easy to scroll through my music. This 1st gen version lacks a hardware volume button, which i ...

I first used Apple iPod Touch in currys digital and thought it was brilliant. It is extremely fast when accessing the net and so easy to use that anyone could pick it up. The only downside I would say is that to type url address and stuff on the touch pad is quite difficult at first as its so small but you do get used to it after practice. I really like my Apple iTouch and have even told my brother to get one for his birthday!

I bought the Apple iPod Touch 8gb to replace my existing mp3/mp4 player (Archos 604) when it finally died. I was at first sceptical about the price and the value I would receive for such a large price tag (around the 200 pound mark). Although it has about 22gb less storage than my last player (30gb) it more than makes up for in features. The GUI (graphical User Interface) is clean and easy to use and to the contrary of popular belief the onscreen keyboard is very easy to use. The wireless connec ...
