I ordered this maxi dress in the sale, thought it was really good value. About 4 days later I got a letter from Oli saying that they were not able to process my order because my card company had declined it. So I phoned my bank and they said there was nothing wrong with my card there was money there so there would be no reason for them to decline it. I read these reviews about peoples purchases and wonder how they even got that far.... by far the worst website I have ever 'tried' to use. I had a awful experiance that lasted almost 9 months. I've been shopping at oli since 2007. ALthough at first a few things went wrong over time it has become really good!
the items are amazing quality and quite competitavely priced
if i have any questions i can find the answers myself on their help section of their website, and if i cant they email back either straight away or if after the contact centre is closed the next day!!

NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM OLI!!!!! I really don't know where to start with this review. This is the WORST company I have ever, ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Never in my life have I been SO disgusted with customer service and quality of goods and EVERYTHING. Horrendous website, horrendous staff, absolutely disgusted. They refuse to refund me as I paid on my mother's card, and I no longer live in the UK, yet they wish to speak to an account holder and i spend time emailing them ALL the info they request and more and still refuse me a refund. Ordered some boots for a christmas present in December. I called and emailed and then I was finally advised toorder another pair as they had no idea where my original pair was. I ordered lots of items on the Thursday, selecting delivery slot on Monday between 1 and 6 (paid extra for this choice). One item arrived on Saturday when I was out and have spent all afternoon today waiting in for the remainder of the order. Customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced from an online retailer.
Is impossible to get hold of anyone and when you do they will not put you through to a manager or give you their surname.
If you want to get through to a person press zero so that you aren't in an endless circle of putting in your date of birth.
I will NOT shop with Oli again and would strongly recommend anyone against shopping with them. (read more)

disappointing! ordered a dress which was ment to be white when it eventually came 3 weeks late the dress wasn't white at all its a dirty brownish colour! sizing a shape all wrong! and jewels from the straps falling off. and next day delivery IS NOT NEXT DAY delivery! its just another way to get money out of you. I would sincerely think twice before ordering from this company. I received goods that smelled of smoke with no tags, so late that I couldn't return them. The items had obviously been worn before .I was really disappointed as the website appeared very legitimate. Worst experience I have had- cant believe an online company can be so bad. What a joke this company is. We ordered a tshirt and asked for a Saturday delivery. We waited in all day and they didn't turn. I emailed them and after another day, they told us the product was no longer available. They then took the money out of my account. I ordered a dress in size 10 and 12 for my sister for Xmas. They arrived on time... however the size 10 was too small and the size 12 was too big so I arranged for a courier to pick up both items. I have had a very disappointing experience with Oli on line clothing website.. I order a dress and needed it desperately by the 29th January 2010 for a birthday party (the website stated it would arrive on the 29/01/2010). I ordered shoes from Oli yesterday and they arrived in bang on time as requested - I was a bit nervous about ordering after reading the reviews on this site but had no problems at all. I can't really comment on customer service as I didn't need to deal with them but I received a prompt confirmation of my order once submitted.

Customer service was good in the sense that you receive emails pretty quickly in response to a complaint. But bad in the sense it doesn't actually help with your query much.

Really awful. Would absolutely not recommend this online retailer to family or friends. The website is similar to ASOS. Worst customer service ever, I really didn't expect it to be so bad from a company this big! When your order is correct the service is fine however when it goes wrong boy does it go wrong. Oli failed to deliver on the date and time slot (7am-1pm) specified. I called their customer services who assured me that it was on it's way and might take up to 4pm. I spent the whole day at home waiting to no avail.
3 days after the specified delivery I am still waiting and they can't cancel my order as requested. Absolutely disgraceful customer experience!

I bought two maxi dresses on 25 sept 09 from Oli which were delivered on 28 Sept 09. The speed of delivery could not be faulted. I have ordered many items from oli.co.uk and have always been overjoyed with the quality of the product received, it is sometimes slightly more expensive than other online stores but you definately get what you pay for. Delivery has always been on time, the next working day (unless i have requested otherwise) and the order tracking service on the website has always been accurate. The product they depicted on Oli website was a different style than the one they had in stock!
They told me to return and they would send the correct item to me. I had to organise for their courier to collect and ask a relative to be in.
When the replacement arrived it was exactly the same as the 1st one sent out.

Appalling delivery service from Oli. I ordered Friday and as "next day delivery as standard" I was hopeful it would arrive in time for a wedding the following weekend. Having been a customer with oli for a good while now, i am totally disappointed with there service, i have had few problems - ordered items which come at different times then some dont arrive, you have to constantly contact them! also if you dont recieve your statement and miss a payment they slap charges on your account and all they say is its company policy!! this just so happens it has happened twice over the last few orders i have placed!! so they sting you with late charges!

truly awful - lost loads of my orders, and other orders take ages - I've been waiting three months for a bag now. They cancel your orders without telling you. They charge you for items you haven't had and then take ages to pay it back. They charge you for posting and packaging even if you didn't receive it. Oli is just not worth the hassle, they're not much cheaper than the shops and its just too too frustrating. Avoid avoid avoid! (read more)

I ordered a few items from the Oli website, which stated there was a 25% offer on all orders placed that day, nothing was deducted at completion of the purchase and when I phoned the Oli helpline, they were unable to help me. They denied that there was 25% off that day or that they could help me with any dispute regarding this.

I ordered a dress from Oli and was impressed when it was delivered within 24 hours. At first I decided to keep the dress but after a few weeks (still had tags on and was unworn) I changed my mind.

They offer a courier return service - in which they didn't show up 4 times - they finally did by the fifth. In this time 5 weeks have passed. The items have finally been returned and its been nearly 4 weeks and I am still waiting on a refund - in which they give you by cheque instead of refunding the amount on the purchasing card.
