    Star rating should be zero!!

    Oli failed to deliver on the date and time slot (7am-1pm) specified. I called their customer services who assured me that it was on it's way and might take up to 4pm. I spent the whole day at home waiting to no avail.

    3 days after the specified delivery I am still waiting and they can't cancel my order as requested. Absolutely disgraceful customer experience!

    Also:
    1) Website doesn't allow to choose work address as a delivery address.
    2) No confirmation / notification email that when order will arrive or if it's being delayed
    3) Lying customer service advisor!

    I bought two maxi dresses on 25 sept 09 from Oli which were delivered on 28 Sept 09. The speed of delivery could not be faulted. I rang the courier to return the item but as I was not able to be at home the courier told me to leave the parcel on my doorstep which is not really the most secure place to leave anything, I asked the courier to give me a rough time of arrival but this could not be done.     Extremely disappointed with Oli. Ordered goods on 15/09 by phone, told items would be with me by 17/09. Stayed in all day for delivery - didn't arrive. Phoned on 20/09 and again on 21/09 to be told would be dispatched on 23/09. Sent email on 23/09, phoned again and sent another email today, 24/09. Told no way of chasing order and cannot re-order as now sold out. Can you believe, I've already received invoice for items that I've not even received! £4.95 delivery fee - what a joke!

    Horrendous service at Oli from beginning to end!! Good eventually arrived after being shipped to wrong address, customer services lie to you and online team don't reply to emails!!! Now having problems getting a refund. I would never use Oli again

    I have ordered many items from oli.co.uk and have always been overjoyed with the quality of the product received, it is sometimes slightly more expensive than other online stores but you definately get what you pay for. Delivery has always been on time, the next working day (unless i have requested otherwise) and the order tracking service on the website has always been accurate. Will definately continue to shop with this company.

    DREADFUL!

    The product they depicted on Oli website was a different style than the one they had in stock!
    They told me to return and they would send the correct item to me. I had to organise for their courier to collect and ask a relative to be in.
    When the replacement arrived it was exactly the same as the 1st one sent out.
    This time I posted back to them and paid myself.

    Appalling delivery service from Oli. I ordered Friday and as "next day delivery as standard" I was hopeful it would arrive in time for a wedding the following weekend. Saturday passed- no dress, but i put this down tot he time of day (midday) which i placed my order. Monday passed- slightly disappointing. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday- STILL NO DRESS.     Truly, truly truly awful..... Poor customer service, orders cancelled without notice. Waited 4 months and then I had to cancel the order. Oli .co.uk have screwed up every order, have made no attempt to win me back, are rude via email, charge you for items you have not received and then charge you late fees if you don't pay. I can't begin to tell you how bad this company is. In this age of credit crunch and recession there are no excuses. Avoid, avoid, avoid.!!

    Having been a customer with oli for a good while now, i am totally disappointed with there service, i have had few problems - ordered items which come at different times then some dont arrive, you have to constantly contact them! also if you dont recieve your statement and miss a payment they slap charges on your account and all they say is its company policy!! this just so happens it has happened twice over the last few orders i have placed!! so they sting you with late charges!

    Oli give out an order codes for ordering and then do not apply it to your statement. If you ever have any problems then they will not be resolved.

    well, all I can say is that Oli must have drastically improved since the previous reviews. All my items have arrived by the next day after ordering, are beautifully packaged and super cool styles such as fifties swimsuit at a third of the price elsewhere!!!!
    One of my favourite on line stores.

    truly awful - lost loads of my orders, and other orders take ages - I've been waiting three months for a bag now. They cancel your orders without telling you. They charge you for items you haven't had and then take ages to pay it back. They charge you for posting and packaging even if you didn't receive it. Oli is just not worth the hassle, they're not much cheaper than the shops and its just too too frustrating. Avoid avoid avoid!

    The availability of on trend clothes at Oli are fantastic. jewellery and accesories can be expensive but generally offer good quality and good prices. They have excellent customer service and will help with any queries you have either on the phone or by email.

    A simple task you might think. Order a necklace as a gift; and maybe if I'm lucky it might arrive before Christmas. Only it didn't and despite being advised that it had been despatched...it has never arrived. Oh but don't be fooled into thinking that I've been kept up to date on where my order is or when I might receive it.     I ordered a few items from the Oli website, which stated there was a 25% offer on all orders placed that day, nothing was deducted at completion of the purchase and when I phoned the Oli helpline, they were unable to help me.     I ordered a dress from Oli and was impressed when it was delivered within 24 hours. At first I decided to keep the dress but after a few weeks (still had tags on and was unworn) I changed my mind.

    I read their returns policy which said they would accept returns past the 14 day period but there may be a £5 admin charge. Just to let them know I was returning it, I e-mailed them to check it was ok. I got back a one line e-mail saying they didn't accept returns past 14 days.

    I ordered a dress from Oli, 2 weeks ago. I tried to return the item twice via their courier service and nobody came to collect!
    I rung up customer services and they apologised and said the would take off any late return fees. Advisor said she had put on a Saturday return date and they would come collect between 8 - 12.30.     I was kept waiting almost 2 weeks for an order from Oli with no explanation or update from them. After chasing them up TWICE, I was informed that they didn't stock my order any more. It was for over £100 which they took off my credit card straight away and I still haven't received a refund yet over 3 weeks later. I will NEVER buy from them again

    They offer a courier return service - in which they didn't show up 4 times - they finally did by the fifth. In this time 5 weeks have passed. The items have finally been returned and its been nearly 4 weeks and I am still waiting on a refund - in which they give you by cheque instead of refunding the amount on the purchasing card. I will not be ordering from them again.

    I have used Asos which were a much better company to deal with.

    I ordered a pair of £80 shoes from Oli - Got the pair next day - but they were extremely scuffed - let them know and they organised to send out a replacement pair and pick up the other ones, though after our conversation I confirmed with her the address she said it was too late she had it going to my billing address not the original delivery address and suggested it was my fault as I should be clear about it.
