Good Points: Delivered quickly.
Bad Points: Wrong prescription in lenses.
General comments: The drop down option box did not indicate that not all prescriptions were available. If I had known this in advance, or they had phoned me whilst completing my order I would have told them to go down a prescription level. However, they sent me an increased prescription strength even though I have been the same level for 10 years. A strength which is actually 2 up from my contact lenses.
They offered to redo my prescription which would mean taking time off work to go to the post office and pay for the postage and packing. Overall not a good experience since it was not cheaper than buying it from an optician and I got the feeling they were trying to blind me with unsupported optical advice even though they are not an optician.
Don't bother using them if you need prescription goggles. Go direct to the specialists. The goggles do not look very sturdy. You can buy replacement parts, but what I am thinking is - how often will I have to replace the parts and do I want to use this company again? No.
