    Good Points: C'mon now, this has to be the best recipe site I've come across. Sure its a little outlandish, but the chef knows what he's doing and what's more he makes it really, really to understand. So much easier to follow than Jamie Oliver!


    Bad Points: Why does the chef pose as a half naked cowboy? Um.


    General comments: Cooking4Chumps is an excellent site for those who can't cook and an even better site for those that can. Honestly this site rocks!

    If you can't cook or think you can and need to improve your knowledge and skill base then this is the site for you!
    Easy to follow recipes.
    Amazing outlook to weightloss through cooking.
    Excellent guidance with good pointers and troubleshooting.
    The chef is extremely knowledgeable breaks down the science, history and tradition of each dish and I honestly think he puts Jamie Oliver to shame.
