Bought a Sony KDL32W5810 from cheap electrics on the 12th October 09 arrived on the 2nd Nov 09 with serious cosmetic Marks on the casing and at the top of the TV.
Contacted them by phone they swap it over just under a week later opened the box for the second TV and again cosmetic Marks.
When I first contacted them I was told that that these TV'S come direct from Sony UK and that they are a warehouse and not a shop so they don't see them before delivery so they say as the second box with the TV looked as if it had been opened!!!
Since then I have took photos and was asked by a arrogant woman called Sam to return the TV for a full refund as she hasn't the time or energy to be bothered with this Charming I must say!!!!!
Customer service is an absolute joke when you have a complaint they are very rude one guy who calls himself the managing director Ray Jobsz who is an absolute Joke and the most arrogant and unfriendly managers I have ever had to deal with!!!!!
They denied receiving my photos and only admitted to seeing them after I contacted trading standards and now seeing a lawyer as this joke of a company have the cheek to charge me £60 for the return of the two TV'S off my so called full refund after they emailed to me confirming this would be granted after the TV'S have been returned.
I am now seeing a lawyer as I intend to take this to court and contacted BBC watch dog and the press as the public have the right to know what con-artists they really are.
People you have been warned stay well away from this company yes they are cheaper but prices go up and down as it suits them I have now bought a TV' from Amazon uk came perfect condition and a full invoice attached to the box witch I didn't receive from cheap electrics.
Yes you may pay more but trust me it's worth it for the peace of mind and good customer service
Use at your own peril.

I researched the product online, and then went for the cheapest price. I actually made a mistake and ended up ordering 4 - but sent an email off straight away, and was answered immediatley, asking if I wanted to proceed with an order for 1. Ordered on Friday, and kit was with me by following Wednesday. Great service as far as I was concerned, and product good too.

Ordered a TV and had payment taken immediatly. The website gives no stock information and tells you to wait 2 weeks for delivery information. 2 weeks later was told out of stock and delivery would be delayed by 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks later told not to bother waiting as delivery would be another 2 weeks! In the meantime they put the price up by £100 and advised me to cancel my order. Still waiting for my refund. Don't order unless you have confirmation that your item is in stock otherwi ...

These guys are the cheapest I found. There delivery was quick and communication good keeping me advised of delivery etc. I would use them again and happily recommend them to others.

Having read a few reviews of the product I searched and found that this was the best value that could be obtained on the internet. The service from placing the order to reciving the goods was hassle free and very well communicated via email updates. Nothing I could fault in the service.Would buy again and highly recommend.

Not only was their price very competitive (equal cheapest on the net ) but they also had stock (most others were quoting a 2 plus week delay).Delivery was exactly as promised. I highly recommend them.

whilst searching for my product, this site came up the cheapest so placed an order and actually got it before the time stated with no problems!!

Actually arrived much quicker than thought, good price too. Would recommend to friends if they were looking for a particular item that this company had available. Pricing very competitive.

Excellent communications - they told me exactly when the item would be delivered. Cheaper than every other site I could find. The item arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Perfect!

I searched many sites for a Sony 40W5810 LCD TV and BDPS360 BluRay player.
CheapElectricals were by far the cheapest and included free delivery. Also a warranty extension to 5 years on the tv and 3 years on the bluray were added very reasonably. Website was good and having placed my order on Sat 31st October an acknowledgement and receipt were received almost instantly.
Only slight downside was I never received a dispatch email to notify me the exact delivery day, which was the following Friday ...

I searched around on best price for a sony hi-fi as it's a christmas present for the kids and cheap electricals were by far the cheapest, not just at a few pounds but £40. With free mainland delivery on top it was a bargain!! The website was easy to search through to find just what i wanted and ordering online was straight forward. Delivery was fast and on time. A really pleasant company to deal with I ordered the TV Tuesday PM,and it was delivered Friday early AM.The price was unbelievable compared with what other companies were selling at.I "pestered"them with e-mails,and a phone call,but they remained friendly at all times.I am always a bit sceptical of buying on line,but had to need to be with this company.
I will be checking their site in future and will recommend to everyone.

Product cost was very competitive when measured against the competition. Order delivery was prompt and clear. Product was shipped damage free and the whole experience was very pleasing. I would certainly recommend CheapElectricals to friends and other coleagues.

The cheapest by far, responded to all my email enquiries quickly. Delivered very quickly, within advised time. Only slight downside was I never received a dispatch email to notify me the exact delivery day....luckily I was in. Very Satisfied Overall!

Ordered a Samsung UE46B8000 46" LED on 13/10/2009 from Cheap Electicals for £1596.91. The payment was taken at the point of order. I then waited the obligatory 14 days without hearing anything before chasing the order as per the instructions on their website.
Once I did chase it up I was fobbed off and told that they could not confirm a delivery date. I explained that I had ordered it under the Samsung Eco Cash Back scheme and had to submit my £200 cash back claim by 31/11/2009. ...
