Bad Points: Not really a bad point as Cheap Electricals were very responsive.Freesat engineer should have called within two days of the TV arriving but I needed to email Cheap Electricals to chase them up. This they did without delay and kept me informed. So no true problem. All OK after that.
General comments: Panasonic TX-32LZD81 ordered a week before its release and arrived within days of that. Freesat engineer arrived to fit the dish about a week or so later. The TV was fully functional in an efficient and timely manner. The Freesat engineer proved to be very helpful, quick and efficient after discussing cable run and dish position with us before starting.
I would certainly use Cheap Electricals again. Everything happened as they said it would from the order placement. Their delivery, communication and follow up were excellent. Freesat engineer used was also excellent. All good points and no real bad points.So a 10 from me.

Asked to wait for 2 weeks for item that was shown in stock on the Cheap Electricals website. Then told to wait another week. Then they could not process the order because of alleged credit cards problems. Wasted a lot of time and patience. Will never use again.

The Sony TV 40W4500 from Cheap Electricals is excellent and the package of TV and extended warranty was well priced. E-mail communication was very responsive. Delivered exactly as quoted. It was next day and TV arrived early morning. Credit card charged day of delivery. Whole process very simple. This is how internet shopping should work. I would recommend this company. A problem free purchase.

From order to delivery was 48 hrs, and would have been faster had it not been for a security check on my credit card. I can only speak from my experience but I will be using Cheapelectricals again and I will recommend them to my friends.

Was told item was in stock for 48 hour delivery. Item took 2 weeks to come and was different model from what was ordered. Complained via email and said they would contact me to have it picked up and refunded. No contact came and have made numerous emails but get no reply. Very bad customer service

I was told item was in stock and would be delivered in 2 days. Item arrived after 2 weeks and was completely different from what was ordered. Haven't received a reply to emails yet, I don't recommend buying from Cheap Electricals despite low advertised prices.

I feel that any company who do not want to display a telephone number on the website seem to have something to hide. They also promise next day delivery even if it does not seem achievable or realistic. I should have known better really.

I have recently had a bad experience with cheapelectricals.co.uk. They appear very tempting from the competitive costs of the products they sell, but they are very unreliable when it comes to their delivery and exchange of money. They took a considerable amount ( £1150) from me 8 days in advance and did not know when the delivery would take place. There prices are second to none. I was a bit wary about not being able to contact them over the phone but every email I sent them about orders and deliveries I got a quick response within 15 mins! Well made up thanks cheap electricals will use again.

Gud in delivery, but dodgy case. Usermanual looked like it was already used. Who is bothered about any thing other than the player. Player is good and I really enjoi my player... Gud luck to u...

These sites are normally full of people who do not know how to use internet sites, if you want to get accurate information then sites like av forums are much better for an all round interpretation from regular users, I've used these guys plenty of times, and so have many on AV forums, so get a life guys! There is a telephone line is for new sales, and the operators do not have info on historic orders, they say that before you even leave a message to go on their web site! So what's the point!, On ...

Very easy straightforward purchase. Just what online shopping should be. I purchased a 42" Sony lcd with Cheap Electricals and it arrived within 72 hours of placing my order online. Everything has been done online and I have no need to contact them.
Just what I wanted 'efficient, effortless service'. TV is great!

Their website is easy to navigate, making ordering simple. When I started looking for my replacement television I clicked on a Google advert I was taken straight to the relevent page, from there placing the order was a few mouse clicks.
It would be nice to have a real person to talk to but I suppose that if we want cheap prices something has to go!
Overall I will be using them again when I upgrade my DVD
