General comments: =TCHIBO forget them==
I purchased a Tchibo vacuum cleaner from Tchibo in 2006. It has had very little work because its not really good for heavy work, so I use another brand for the main work.
The vacuum recently required a part. I contacted the Tchibo helpdesk, they asked me to send all the details by email and said they would have to get in touch with Germany to see if they were allowed to supply me with a part. I wanted to buy the part, not get it for nothing. I have also been in touch with numerous repairers and also suppliers of spare parts. No one handles parts for Tchibo vacuum's, they can only come from Tchibo. Since my initial email and numerous phone calls, they have yet to respond. I have even sent an email to their head office, still no reply. The result is, being unable to switch the machine on or off, I now have something that is just a pile of useless plastic scrap. I warn prospective buyers to look elsewhere if you need a vacuum cleaner. Tchibo in my experience is a company who will take your money, then abandon you.
Their after sales service and customer relations is zilch. Beware of this company.

I did not like the Tchibo shop, as the floor was a complete mess, and the customer service was rubbish. A waste of time. I will keep away from this place, and go make myself a coffee instead.
I went in to Tchibo to buy some goods, but most of the products had been opened.
