    Good Points: nothing i have purchased has let me down.


    Bad Points: if you miss something you have to wait months for it to come around again.


    General comments: tchibo is my best shop i check it every week or i feel i may have missed something.

    I purchased a Tchibo vacuum cleaner from Tchibo in 2006. It has had very little work because its not really good for heavy work, so I use another brand for the main work.
    The vacuum recently required a part. I contacted the Tchibo helpdesk, they asked me to send all the details by email and said they would have to get in touch with Germany to see if they were allowed to supply me with a part.     I did not like the Tchibo shop, as the floor was a complete mess, and the customer service was rubbish. A waste of time. I will keep away from this place, and go make myself a coffee instead.

    I went in to Tchibo to buy some goods, but most of the products had been opened.
