Good Points: The staff were fantastic, all ports were walking distance from the city centres visited, lots to do on boards and although we were amongst the youngest on board (late 30's and easily 40's) we didn't feel out of place, drinks on board were reasonably priced either around the same as home or a bit cheaper.
Bad Points: We went on the organised tours in Russia, it was fine but we did wish we had been a bit braver and got a visa so we could have a bit of a wonder around on our own.
Teas and coffee is not available free all of the time - this bothered others more than us.
General comments: Transocean Arielle was our first cruise and we were not sure if we would like it but we really enjoyed everything, all the places visited were fab, we like to be independant and could easily do this on this cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although the cabins were small they were fine.
