The events staff were extremely helpful in adapting our package to suit our needs and the payment plan allowed us all to pay separately, which made it hassle free. The Nude life drawing was a fantastic ice breaker to start the day with, everyone has commented on what a giggle it turned out to be despite some of the hens feeling apprehensive before hand. the venue for this could have been better though. We have just had the most brilliant time this weekend in Cambridge. Started the day off at the Menzies hotel golf and spa for a morning if pampering. This included one treatment of either a back massage, facial, manicure or pedicure. I had the facial which was so good. Came out very sleepy, we had use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as a jacuzzi but this wasn't working:-(. You could also use the gym if needed. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. The hotel and beauty therapist have been working with Freedom for over 10 years and so we are very confident of their customer service. We also have regular site visits and I get invited on their corporate golf days.
The cocktail making is great fun, we also arrange a Cuban cocktail alternative if you and the girls would like to try it again.

Freedom made the whole process effortless and didnt even mind when i had to make a few changes last minute. The treasure hunt was amazing and really well put together - even if my team did lose :( The dirty dancing class was so much fun although exhausting after running round doing the treasure hunt. “Stag weekend in Cambridge ”

We went to Cambridge for my brother stag weekend, we went clay pigeon shooting wich was brilliant and the done another shooting experience called boys toys witch was not all that but still had a good time. We then went back to the accommodation that was arranged for us city roomz,I wasn't impressed to tell you the trooth I wouldn't expect my dog to sleep in there horrible staff dirty rooms its a hostel. The Clay Pigeons is a standalone activity at £45, whereas the Boys Toys at £45 is a taster of multiple activities including Pistol Crossbows, Telescopic Air Rifles, Hand Pistols and Archery.
The accommodation you chose was our cheapest one night in Cambridge. We haven't received poor feedback before, but perhaps next time we can offer your group 4* accommodation with leisure facilities and golf course for an extra £20.

We booked a hen weekend in Cambridge. From booking to the actual event was a smooth process. Good communication from freedom with up to date confirmation emailed. Itinery perfect. Hotel we were booked in was excellent (including the breakfast). Online payment system great. Meant me as bridesmaid didnt have to chase payment of everyone and the hens could pay how much they wanted, when they wanted. We went on a hen night in London on the Boogie Bus for just under £30 each. The bus itself looked good and there was enough room for all the groups who booked the bus that evening. We were able to take our own drink on the bus which saved us a lot of money. We did karaoke and it was like one big party on a bus. I have just returned from my sisters hen weekend in Essex, which I organised as a surprise. All 15 hens had an amazing time. The team at freedom were extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any queries I had and went out of their way to help. I booked a stag weekend for 18 people in Nottingham through Freedom and it was a great success. I admit to being a little hesitant when a friend suggested we organise the weekend through Freedom but I had nothing to worry about. The superior accommodation was great value for money. We did a life drawing class in my home, we had about 16 women there and an art teacher come in with a model. They left me request a particular style of model which was great. Thank you for reviewing your life drawing class in London. I am glad we were able to match your specification for the model and to host the event at a venue of your choice.
You are right, Freedom have invested significantly in systems to ensure our 30000 customers a year and all our suppliers get the right information every time. However you raise a very good point about personalising the communication without accommodation for groups like your own. We will review how this can be improved in future.
With respect to pricing, because we are flexible on group size a sliding scale price is complex. Many groups start with high numbers and then reduce, meaning those already paid have to pay more to cover those that decline. How we work is to offer our best price based on minimum numbers of either 8 or 10 people. So for example 4 people would need to pay for the minimum number. Larger groups of 16 or 20 maybe offered a free place, I can see your group received a free place.

The male life drawing activity is very popular and we only use models which are on the Register of Artist Models. This is so important because it means they have been through all the checks and trained to a high standard. We get approached by other companies with cheaper prices, but quality is so important, especially when naked men are involved!

Firstly freedom are a lovely bunch to talk too communication was fab! The cocktail master class was so much fun we all loved every second of it:-) Hotek was basic but clean, comfy beds and breakfast was lovely. Firstly I am very sorry that your experience at Tiger Tiger was a let down. We have taken immediate action by contacting both Tiger Tiger Leeds and the Novus Leisure Head Office in London. You can be assured that the situation will be fully investigated.
Freedom paid in advance for the following:
Minimum 8 people.
Reserved Area / Booth VIP / Free entry before 9pm.
Cashew nuts, olives and nachos (Edamame beans at Premium and Project B instead of nachos) Pitta bread with dips, pizza and chicken wing feast.
10 bottles of Becks or 3 bottles of wine or 3 jugs of Pom Pom
Over the years we have not had complaints about the Tiger Tiger package. However, obviously on this occasion it has gone wrong and I really appreciate you raising it for our attention.

From start to finish the whole process from first point of contact to day of event was glitch free, it ended up being a last minute thing for a mates birthday and it was a very small group of 4 people where Freedom managed to speak to the suppliers and accommodate a small group!! Thank you for reviewing our cocktail training class. It remains a firm favourite and we have numerous groups doing this every weekend.
It has proved so popular that we also offer a Behind the Bar version for stag parties, a Cuban Cocktails version based on rum, and a Girls Best Friend which includes an upgrade on food from platters to full party meal with chocolate brownies for dessert.
If you ever want to do it again then we have lots of location across the UK and Europe.

What a great time had by all - would definitely recommend Freedom, and I'll certainly be using these guys again in future. From making the booking, to making online payments, help with ordering funny T-Shirts, advice about the itinerary, where to go, what's available in the area etc the list goes on. Freedom's booking & payment service was perfect for all & you didn't notice the cost by spreading the payments. Lovely, clean hotel with super freindly & helpful staff. Amazing food and spa - we had private dining room and we played our own music having our own party before hitting the town! Our age range spanned from 26 to 67 and eveyone had a ball !! Freedom has worked with the hotel for 15 years and they have recently invested in a refurbishment. I am glad to hear the food was a success and with a large group like yours we try and secure private dining at this hotel when possible.
We have a sister hotel in the Freedom Essex package, could be a good option if you have another hen party or big birthday to organise.

Freedom tailor-make all weekends and so your guests could pay on-line individually for what they wanted to attend. The extra people coming to the VIP nightclub with reserved area and bottles of champagne, makes for a great night.

We all had an amazing time, the events were very enjoyable and couldn't complain at all. The quad biking is highly recommended as was great fun. The paint balling also very fun and very good for the money, we found ourselves leaving before even playing all the rounds as we felt we had our fill so you definitely get alot of play time. The hotel you chose was in our standard category, we also offer 4 star city centre with leisure facilities for an extra £14 per night and so you might consider that next time.

Booking a hen night with Freedom was a fantastic experience. It was so easy for everyone to access the booking at their leisure and pay when they could. The customer service i experienced was great, nothing was too much. As for the weekend itself it was superb. We stayed at the Millenium Madejski Hotel which was a real treat. Just got back from three superb days in Barcelona thanks to freedom . We booked the party boat and the steak & strip night including guest list entry into shoko night club . 27 lads is a hard task but all went smoothly and everyone loved it . It did help the weather was superb !! My only one downer is that we didn't walk straight into the night club like we thought and had to join a separate cue for guest list entry . It is a good idea to use a booking agent with staff in location when you have group sizes over 20. I can see that all the guys paid for themselves using our on line individual payment system. This saves a lot of hassle for the group leader as well.

Login online to my account was simple to to make payments etc. I even changed my party size several times and freedom were happy yo accommodate this. “Great massages not so sure about the manicure”

Our treatments were on time and set up well. The massages booked were a great success and left the girls smiling. This is a great service but the manicure was lacking for the cost. Polish was chipping the next day and dad to say I could have done a better job. Overall this is a great idea especially for a party of hens - just need to bring the standard of the manicures up a notch to feel the value for money as mine had to be re done the next day! Went to Edinburgh for 2 nights with 15 lads. Everyone loved it and the whole booking process couldn't have been easier. The staff were very friendly and making payments was simple. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book up for a stag or any weekend away. The hostel was better than most of the hotel's I have used and right in the heart of the city so no taxi is needed. You are in good hands with freedom!! (read more)

Two nights city centre accommodation BB, paintball including pyrotechnics, dodgeball, two course meal with beer, and nightclub guest list on both nights for under £145 is fair value for money.
Dodgeball has become a popular activity in the last year and so I am glad you enjoyed it.

From start to finish our Freedom experience was fantastic. Helpful service when chopping and changing numbers in the party etc. Great accommodation for the price, great seats in the theatre. The booze cruise on the Saturday was a laugh but nothing to bring your posh frocks for!! The only critiscism was we had a celiac in our party which we had told them about twice - and nothing was prepared for her on the boat which meant a whole evening without food. I feel so sorry for the celiac, on 26 February we emailed the booze cruise:
"One of the ladies in this group is a celiac, so is gluten intolerant, will there be any alternatives on board?"
On the same day we received an email confirmation:
"That’ll be fine. I’ll note it and ensure we provide a suitable meal for her. Just tell her to make herself known at the buffet station."

Everyone loved the location, the games the room we had, the cocktails we were given and got to make. The booking was easy and staff helpful. The problem was that our itinery said we would get mini burgers, mini fish and chips, chocolate brownies etc however when the food was delivered the staff told us we hadn't pad a premium of £5 each so we only got wedges and nachos. Booking pole dancing in barcelona was the highlight of our hen weekend. It was so much fun with lots of laughter. We came back with great pictures and videos as a result. Freedom has been selling this activity since 2008 and understand the importance of a professional service when a naked man is posing for your group. In recent years a number of cheaper alternatives have entered the market, but a cheaper price does not mean better value.

What a fantastic weekend we had to celebrate my best friends 40th Birthday. We love drinking cocktails so thought a cocktail masterclass would be just up our street. Had an amazing weekend celebrating my sisters hen party in Liverpool and after such a fabulous weekend, all the hens are now suffering with post hen do depression!!
