Been with the company for many years now and always fair, better service than the banks own terminal call centre would not swap and go else where there contract and terms are the Same as all the others except they have offered my loyalty solutions and the bank does not (read more)

Worse company i've ever dealt with. They'll try and charge £195 to close account even though they cannot prove you've signed this in a contract. Even worse is that the card handler (in our case Elavon) say they cannot close the account unless Instant Discounts approve it. Currently seeking legal advice and will be contacting FSA about this company as service is dreadful. I was looking for c.c terminal using google and found they website so i call them and ask few questions as i don't know who they are,: Min. contract, min. monthly fees, percentage etc. all good, but you know what people says : If It Is To Good To Be True that Prob. It Is, So i had follow up questions and THEY Duck ALL Answers then become rude and hand up.Be Aware & don't get rip off. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. There are hidden costs which you get hit with when you terminate your agreement. The company is disorganised and it is impossible to get an answer from anyone. You don't get a response to emails unless it relates to an invoicing issue. Unhelpful and rude. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. (read more)

IDL has invented a great idea by introducing the Loyality Gift cards, which is very appreciatable. Nice innovation. Very fast growing company by making use of talented resouces. Though the resources are very talented they are being paid very less, and the work environment doesn't seem like a corporate. (read more)

I have a unit with them and a great loyalty solutions , have always been impressed with the service and infect when my terminal broke down the management took y call at ten at night and ensured I had a replacement the same day, always polite
