Good Points: Nice graphiccal design, nice product images and a range ov views for each item.

Bad Points: Difficult to find a specific item if you know exactly what your looking for.

General comments: A really nice, easy to use, well designed site. Will defo use it again!

Qube Shoes get you your items you want quick, they sent you eamils up dating you and send you offers through.
aslong as the web and emails stay as they are you are fine becouase it is easy to use

I was surprised by www.qubeshoes.co.uk, not to keen on the stores but I thought I would give the online store a try. Much better service received than in store, good selection of shoes, and very easy to navigate.

Easy to use wesbite, Qube Shoes www.qubeshoes.co.uk. Great selection of shoes, first time I had bought shoes online and I was pleasantly surprised. I received my order the next day and felt the shoes were good value for money

It is easy to find what type of shoe you want at Qube Shoes www.qubeshoes.co.uk. Should have a section where customers can choose what brand of shoe they want. A very good web site and stores always good value for money and always quick and easy delivery

Much better service than in my local store (the staff there were very unhelpful and simply said that if they didn't have the size in they couldn't get it). On the contrary, I found the website user friendly, with all available products and sizes displayed (including the one I wanted). Postage very quick. Would certainly consider using the site again. Postage costs did seem expensive - although as noted above, delivery was quicker than expected. Maybe an option to send to the nearest store would ...

Excellant customer service. Very easy to acess, smooth transaction process and delivery within three days of ordering. Highly recommend this superb service, will definately use again.

Overall jolly good! i have no bad points cust service is fab and delivery etc is brill. Great ordered pair of shoes online were sent out that day and got them the next could'nt complain about anything customer service is fab!

I think Qube shoes is great customer sevice good shoes good overall as a company great! When I called the customer service team were really good as I had to change a small detail of my order i would defo recommend it to my family and friends.

The customer service team are fantastic, e-mails very efficient and the girls I spoke to on the phone were so friendly and answered all my questions and when I came off the phone I felt really happy with the service I had just received. Great selection of funky and fabulous shoes and great value for money. I would certainly recommend Qube shoes to all of my friends and family.

Delivery was speedy, shoes are as pictured and size is spot on. Even though the website itself isn't that great, I would still use it again as the services was so good. The website itself isn't that user friendly.

Everything was excellent until the moment I tried to actually pay for my purchase and the payment site was down. Called up the main phone number and a woman told me they were experiencing problems, took down my email address and told me I'd get an email when the site was available. Still waiting for the email. Tried the next day and finally able to pay for them.

Very disappointed that customer services didn't know or have access to what is coming into your warehouse. I'm still waiting for shoes that I ordered on wednesday and was told they would be delivered the next day, if I placed the order by 2pm which I did.

Once the order was placed the goods arrived quickly and were superb. The server was down when I tried to place the order. I called to place the order by phone but they could not place the order due to server issues. These problems were not resolved until after the weekend. I would place another order with Qube again as I like the ranges and styles they stock

I thought Qube is a great website and the service is very efficient. I didnt have any problems with delivery and recieved emails etc very quickly i would recommened it to my friends!

Generally very efficient, letting me know when my order would arrive and when it had been dispatched etc. Very good customer service, especially when I returned a pair of shoes I'd bought from Qube Online in the wrong size by mistake. I received an email from them the day after I'd returned the item by post stating that I'd receive my refund.

I am very disappointed with Qube. The order was not processed and a month or so later my bank account charged. I did not get any reply to my emails, when I finally got through the engaged line I was told my order had not been processed because I had not replied to their email (which I never got). I was also told that my bank account wasn't charged. They are investigating but they maintain I wasn't charged. I will never use them again.
