    Good Points: When the product works it is good. however the buttons seem to go quickly.


    General comments: As a customer I fail to see that they are able to deliver what is promised on their website. Poor after sales service. Engineers are not trained to the standards as their website describes. Buttons are not working and very noisy vibration noise due to parts not been fitted correctly or incorrect parts provided.Been over a month with cooker hood issue not resolved.

    Service department - poor customer service training. Constantly having to call Baumatic to follow up on parts and book an engineer. No courtesy call from customer service team.

    We went to Kitchen World and straight away I loved the design of this Baumatic F60.2SS cooker hood for our planned kitchen make over. It stood in a box for 2 months but hubby put it up last weekend. It's great, looks the part and I will recommend this also for its price
