    Bad Points: Programmes are (I should say "were" since the machine is now dead) incredibly long and noisy. It always seemed to be washing for about two hours


    General comments: Everything about this machine is rubbish. I had mine less than a year and it was always so loud and noisy that we could only turn it on when we were going out. In the eleventh month of me owning it the machine suddenly produced a batch of torn clothes due to the drum splitting along the weld. it came with a four year warranty on the parts which is a joke and was extremely optimistic of Servis marketing boffins because the chance of this machine making its SECOND birthday, let alone its fourth, was very unlikely. Bought through Littlewoods catalogue who use their own service department. When engineer saw the split drum he told me that it must have been damaged by a foreign object and it is not a common fault so will not be covered by any warranty, great! I am now finding that a split or cracked drum is not as "uncommon" as the engineer suggested.

    Roughly one year after we bought our Servis M6002 it just stopped working. After paying £50 to have an engineer out we discover the electronics have gone and will cost £130 to repair! Looks like you have to pay for quality with these things.

    My Servis M6002 worked out to be definitely a false economy. Not only did it just stop working one day. Even when it was washing clothes it was noisy when spinning and did not wash the clothes clean. Unfortunately getting through to Servis for "service" was very difficult. Five weeks later and numerous calls to a premium rate number, being left on hold for a minimum of 40 minutes, only to get through and be told that the computers are down.     The Servis M6002 was a reasonably cheap washing machine. Mine made funny noises after a couple of months, however they repaired the machine. Unfortunately after 14 months the water pump has gone, its out of warranty. There is no point in spending £130 plus on a machine that cost £200 new.I tried to get a waterpump and fit it myself this would have cost around £40.     My Servis M6002 washing machine broke down after six weeks needed a new outer tank which would take 7-10 working days to deliver,it has now been fourteen days and part still not in. Servis dedicated customer care team couldnt care less. To get an answer from them you have to keep holding for 20mins each time they are no help at all and give excuse after excuse.Do not if you have any sense buy a servis machine.     The machine broke down after just 6 months, had an engineer out twice before they would agree the machine was useless. Servis would exchange my machine but only on a week day between 7am and 7pm but they would not renew my warranty even though it was a new machine. The delivery driver was supposed to call one hour before arrival but they couldn't get that right, he called 15 minutes beforehand.
