    Good Points: Not sure I have any at the moment.


    Bad Points: Service, quality control, communication.


    General comments: Second time I order thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Calumet Photographic. First time was OK. Now the disaster second. Ordered from them and gave them all the information on the phone. A week later the order is still sitting on the floor because they have the wrong zip code. Ordered $2700 of stuff which is a decent order. Later, I call and they tell me they did ship some stuff because it is back ordered, but forgot to tell me. $600. new strobe has a short in it, will have to go back. Weeks and weeks go by, still no reflectors so the strobe is useless. Bad service, bad communication, bad delivery, and do nothing to compensate for their poor service. Think twice before you order.

    Calumet Photographic had very competitive prices and good sales service. Unfortunately, no after sale service, no online account management, no tracking delivery tracking, very slow inventory processing, slow delivery. I will not be using these guys again.
