    Having given Cameraworld in Chelmsford many chances to prove they are a good, helpful shop I am dissapointed to say I will not be buying in there again. Each time I leave I feel annoyed. I had some problems with a lens but instead of actually listening to me they treated me like an idiot, didn't believe there was anything wrong with it so had not actually tried testing it out properly as suggested. They eventually agreed to order in a new one. Then the assistant said, I know theres nothing wrong with it and deep down you know theres nothing wrong with it! I am a professional photographer and I was treated as though I knew nothing, one particular man is always rude. I will never buy anything from there again, most things are cheaper on Amazon anyway and their customer service is the best.

    We have placed orders with Cameraworld before and while there service has not been excellent, the good did at least arrive. This time however they decided to not only accuse us of Fraud and refuse to ever sell anything to us again, but also be incredibly rude via phone. It is ultimately their loss as the order was for almost £1000 and we have now blacklisted them on our suppliers list, however their levels of unnecessary rudeness where highly unacceptable.

    I was unhappy with the camera I bought and they were very unhelpful, they told me the camera was fine and assumed it was me who could not use it which is not true. I told them I thought the picture quality was bad and took the camera back to them with all original parts and the only reason they could find not to exchange was that I had torn the plastic bag the camera was packed in. Ridiculous!!

    I would definately recommend CameraWorld to others for good prices and a speedy and efficient service. I ordered an Epsom R2400 printer via their website and received an email to confirm the order. I ordered it at 4pm on a Tuesday and was gobsmacked when it arrived the very next morning all safe and sound. Top marks CameraWorld and great prices too.
