    Good Points: The staff were the most helpful I have encountered and so pleasant and helpful and informative about their store when I asked for different things


    Bad Points: I had lunch with my friend and the potatoes with the Roast Beef were the day befores left over baked potatoes sliced up and re-heated with some red onion through them. The vegetables was cabbage which was all dried and brown at the edges. This was at the beginning of service around 12.30pm. I do not object to paying a reasonable price for a fresh cooked meal but I don't like to pay for a poor quality meal which this was.


    General comments: I recently visited the Dobbie's Dunfermline garden centre and thought it was fantastic. I purchased a lot of items and the service I received from the staff was first class.

    I had ordered a swing for my sons 1st birthday from Dobbies Garden Centres 5 days early - so I knew it would arrive on time - and they promised me it would arrive within 48hours. It didnt arrive so i called them and they kept me on hold for ages and then said "we haven't dispatched it yet, it should be dispatched on monday" it was my son's birthday on saturday, so monday was too late. I asked for a refund and told them that I'd find one elsewhere but the refund didn't come through. they said it ...

    All it needs is a Marks and Spencers and Debenhams and I'm sorted!
